Manchester Airport incident
"We're gonna have a British George Floyd now innit. The BLM mob are gonna be all over this. Expect a load of shoe shops to be looted as a ""protest"". This country's gone to the fucking dogs."

Re: Manchester Airport incident
"BRANDED 2:00 Wed Aug 21 Indeed - far too many people chasing far too few resources. Why are there far too few resources? Because nobody knows how much actual demand there is in the UK on account of certain people leaning a certain way rejoicing when immigrants find a way to give the established immigration process the finger. Absolutely nothing to do with skin colour, religion or race. Numbers - just numbers and ONLY numbers. An additional person, whatever race, religion or colour places demands on society's current infrastructure. If planners are prevented, possibly deliberately via current government policy, from knowing how many people are actually here/expected, even to within 10%, how on earth can they plan to deliver the required infrastructure needed?"

", 2:10 Wed Aug 21 ""Councillor Ricky Jones is in custody awaiting Trial on a charge of inciting violence. The next step is a pre Trial hearing on 6 September."" Not sure anyone needed to read it again, but thanks for repeating what I just wrote. Was there anything on Google about his sentencing being streamed live, like that others?"

Some you expect in a Soviet-style justice system.""ù What absolute twaddle! There has been no such instruction because none could be binding without an act of Parliament, and that's still in summer recess. There, there - it's a touch of the sun, isn't it Pointy."

Re: Manchester Airport incident
"I loved the way the ""Far Right"" looted Greggs and the Body Shop. We have something in the region of 10 million extra people in the UK and by some estimates 4 million homes required. Supply and demand could mean that house prices and rents go up as every new person arrives. Not all those arriving are poor. Many are wealthy, educated and buy and rent. The knock on effect is felt everywhere. The poorest get hit the hardest. All prices rise above their means. I met a bloke who advises wealthy international investors the other day. He advised them that it was probably impossible to build the homes required due to a shortage of skills. He said, in theory, if you could build prefab homes in big factories you could in theory increase productivity but the Brits don't do that so it's going to stay the same. So. These issues are not going away. Irrespective of the shabby types and the misinformation web sites in Pakistan."

"Sounds to me that you're acting like a sore loser over something but at least you seem to have rowed back on your kangaroo Court assertion, As for the sentences handed out it is somewhat similar to what was imposed on JSO disrupters, or many complaints about that on here though. Your deliberate ignoring of due process ( because you do know and did not need fifth to school you ) is disingenuous but it does indicate how far you will lie, exaggerate and mislead in order to disseminate your Reform UK PlC dogma."

"They had the perfect opportunity to prove there wasn't any 2 tier stuff with the Labour councillor Ricky Jones. It was probably easier to convict him than many of the others who did it online. I mean, the video evidence is all there for us to see. But I think we've got to wait a couple of weeks before he goes to trail, and I'd be very surprised if there's any live stream of his conviction."

"comma But only 'right-wing rioters', eh! Others must receive due process, diligent and careful investigation, proper consideration of all the facts, 'consultations with community leaders'. I've told you repeatedly. Sticking your tongue three inches inside 2TK's fundament still isn't going to get you PR. Incidentally, an instruction by the government to apply penal tariffs to the maximum is a flagrant over-riding of judicial independence. Some you expect in a Soviet-style justice system."

Re: Manchester Airport incident
"So, why, exactly are there now too few prison cells to accommodate the anticipated criminals in the given UK population? Ditto why too few school places where required, care home places where required, transport (when it is required) capacity... Seems the elephant in the room here is far too big to be seen, but it won't fuck off - just like the posters who ask awkward, but valid, questions."
Re: Manchester Airport incident
These Courts have patently not been kangaroo Courts and we all know it. The disturbances and riots and looting needed to be nipped in the bud and rapid legal/judicial action combined with the application of penal tariffs to the maximum are serving as an example to those that might be gulled in the future.

Re: Manchester Airport incident
"This is coming next: Police fear the Government may have to introduce further emergency measures to tackle prison overcrowding, which could limit their ability to arrest suspects. 'Officers believe there is a risk that the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) may have to go beyond the current emergency measures, known as Operation Early Dawn, and activate Operation Brinker, a contingency plan that has never been used before. The plan allows defendants to be held in police cells for longer than 24 hours and not summoned to a magistrates' court until a space in prison is available should they be remanded in custody. It would mean operating a ""one-in, one-out system""ù where the prison service would report on how many places it has available each day. It could result in suspects being driven around the country in secure vans to find a free cell. Senior police sources have told The Telegraph that they believe it is touch-and-go as to whether the early release scheme, due to start on Sept 10, will come in time to avoid the activation of Operation Brinker.' Remanded in custody in a police cell until there is a prison space available for you should you not be acquitted. Soviet-style police state."

Re: Manchester Airport incident
"Ah! The site Marxist has piped up in defence of Soviet style justice. Quelle surprise! Firstly, you moron, there is the issue of mitigation. This cannot be adequately prepared when someone is arrested on Sunday afternoon and banged up by Monday lunchtime. That 2TK for you. Secondly, as I mentioned before, defendants, many of them not the brightest, are being bullied by our two-tier police into entering guilty pleas with the threat of being held in custody on remand for longer than any potential sentence. Then they are being given the extraordinarily long sentence anyway. Another Soviet-style tactic typical of kangaroo courts. Still, 2TK is a legal expert, he let Jimmy Savile off, so that's evidence that he's on the ball."

Re: Manchester Airport incident
"Of course there's nothing ""Kangaroo"" about these courts - so long as the sentencing aligns with your beloved party's beliefs. White man has no race card to play so is at an immediate disadvantage when set against the system/elite/establishment. However these courts are labelled/spun, they are only addressing the symptoms and, if anything adding to, not helping resolve the underlying issues."

Re: Manchester Airport incident
"Nothing, ""kangaroo""ù about the courts handing out sentences for incitement and disturbing the peace. This is especially the case of some plonker rocks up and questions the legitimacy of the court by blithering on about other cases or how he is ""defending England""ù and how unfair it all is. You can get all purple and triggered about it on the internet but that's the way it is Pointy me old mucker."

"comma Sneer as you will, hastily summoned courts with a predetermined outcome and little or no opportunity for a defence are generally known as kangaroo courts. There's no point you sucking up to 2TK, he's never giving you the PR Labour promised"
