Because 50 year old woman who say stupid things on Facebook are much less of a danger than 30 something ex convicts.

As he proved by immediately sexually assaulting someone on day 1 of his release.

as for the 50 something year old woman, do you honestly believe her FB post was used by anyone as motivation to commit a crime? I doubt it.

given the option, she’s much less of a danger to the public than some of the people released to make room for her.
It would be lovely if we could accurately predict crimes in the future and punish people before they did them. Meanwhile, in the real world, you can only punish someone after they actually broke the law.

Yes, clearly all those rioters who committed crimes up and down the country, for the same false reason, all came to that line of thought and decision, at the same time, all independent of each other, including the people who exactly followed up on what she said and tried to murder people by arson. Very naive of you to think otherwise. I certainly wouldn't feel safe living next door to such an unhinged individual whose first thought of some rumour she heard is murder by fire.
Ahhh bless, does the 50 something woman with the bad words scare you?

i think I’d rather her as a neighbour than ex convict and now charged with sexual assault Amari Ward.

What's your deal with keep banging on about her being in her 50s as some sort of weird reason that's she's not dangerous? Let me guess, if her name was Aabidah, she was aged 50 and tweeting people to burn down churches with people in them, during an Islamic terrorist attack, you'd feel perfectly safe having her live next door to you and she definitely shouldn't go to prison for hurty words on the internet, right?

What disturbs me is not an individual using bad words ( inciting people to deeds that can be fatal ) rather it is the attitude that saying things like this in isolation is insignificant enough to be ignored.

if the peak of a pyramid is hatred sufficient to kill the base of that construct comprises loads of “bad words” from which the urge to carry out is nurtured, justified and enacted.

The individual who groped almost immediately upon conditional release is back in jail,  serves him right. The women who texted bad words being banged up has got what she deserved too. Let’s hope that nobody feels encouraged by what she said sufficient to act on her words.

Hate speech needs curbing whichever group is the target.

Nurse, my sister used to insist on having that Beauty and the beast thing on. Also used to leave the room. There were things about that programme I really disliked, without being able to put my finger on them.

Bit like when Sue Nichols was in Rentaghost.

what a terrible programme that was.
That stirred a memory of blandly offensive American TV series from the 1980s. My mum used to watch something called 'Beauty and the Beast'. I couldn't sit in the room when she had it on. It appeared to be a mawkish tale of romance between Sarah Connor and what looked like the cowardly lion from The Wizard of Oz, but he was all dark and mysterious and brooding an' shit. There was a bit of crime fighting and justice seeking along the way. I think he lived in the sewers or something and she was a lawyer. I've made it sound better than it was.

I think it was churlish of her to report the fact he sexually assaulted her. What a buzz-kill on his first day of freedom. Bloody lesbian, probably.

one of the 1750 prisoners released early has been charged with a sexual assault committed on the day of his release.

but at least that 50 year old woman is banged up for saying something hateful on FB.
Bit more than saying something hateful, isn't it? She was inciting murder with racist intent in the middle of a racist riot.
As for the guy released early, he wasn't in for a sex offence or he wouldn't have been eligible for early release. A large percentage of released prisoners reoffend within a year of being released. Hardly anything to do with early release. Seriously doubt spending a couple more months inside would have made him less likely to commit sexual assault when he got out. Keeping someone banged up indefinitely incase they reoffend is unrealistic.
At least the guy is straight back to prison where he belongs for doing that. As well as the racist and dangerous cսnt of a woman who belongs in prison too.

No suggestions from the politicians/authorities that we need to build more prisons (NOW) to accommodate the extra criminals that seem to be infesting our green & pleasant land then?...
