His book has been on my to do list for a few years now and he has slowly but getting to nearer the front of the que!

It it worth a read or skipp him and go on to Steve Van Zantd's book?

Not read the Redknapp book but Little Steven's was an excellent read.

Give it a go but i reckon you'll be designating it as no more worthy than bogroll within 30 minutes
