People are going to spin this however they want, like you are, but all the updated law says is that in extreme cases, the family and doctors make the decision, not the state. But sure, that's execution/murder, whatever you want to call it.

IMHO Harris clearly won. However, whilst she achieved her main aim of not fucking up, I'm not sure she did any actual damage to Trump. Biased moderating and fact-checking from the ABC (Disney) moderators helped her, too.

My favourite part of the debate is seeing the conservative meltdown because the moderators fact checked Trump when he said babies can legally be executed after they are born. 

It blows my fucking mind.

After watching it this morning, if anything, they were generous to Trump. They let him speak whenever he wanted, even when they tried moving onto another question, never let Harris respond to his mental claims, and the only person they muted was Harris. But the narrative of "3v1" was sowed way before the debate even started. It's not ABC's fault that they asked him about the economy and he started talking about immigrants eating dogs and cats. 

The senile old fucker never actually answered one question. Everyone agreed Biden is a weird old coot, but when Trump can't string a coherent sentence together or his ADHD takes over, he's tough and good at debating? He is the literal embodiment of old man shouts at clouds. The amount of times I've heard Vance or MAGA folk tell me Trump didn't say what I just heard him say is astounding. 

Harris said several things she wants to do and how she wants to do it. Yet SHE HAS NO PLAN OR POLICIES! My second favourite part was:

"Mr Trump, do you have a plan for healthcare?"
"I have a concept of a plan."

 The old cսnt has only been saying he's going to take care of americans healthcare since 2016. 

"Mr Trump, so you don't have a plan?"

The state of that country is an embarrassment.

However, Trump will definitely have won votes on the abortion issue, possibly on the fracking and probably by doubling down on his criticism of Harris's race-baiting. The moderators seemed to think their question about Trump asking Harris if she was Indian or black was an absolute hand-grenade, but he answered reasonably that he didn't care what she is but she should just make up her mind.
