A lot of educated and intelligent people (at the business end of communications) are Elly Mae; seems to be part of the package.

Irrespective of the fact that Christians may be losing their faith, how does that explain the atrocities that we've seen on several occasions on our shores, as well as France, Germany, Belgium, etc?
Why have these outrages occured?
What's the reasoning behind them?
Honest question son.
Perhaps Christians are losing their faith because science is now answering most of the questions relevant to their lives - they no longer have any use for much of it.
I suspect that had the pre-Dark Ages of science in Islamic nations been allowed to evolve, Muslims would equally have found much of what is wrapped up in their faith no longer of any use to them and ditched it for the same reasons.
It's not, as has already been pointed out, the Christians' lack of (a) believe in their badge-engineered version of the shared Abrahamic god that is forcing (some) Muslims to do what they do.
I suspect the real issue, for Christian societies, is that people are throwing out the moral baby with the pseudo-scientific bath water, and the break-up of families (through the need to find work/somewhere to live) has severed the osmosis of such mores seeping down through the generations.

Curiously, there isn't a definition of 'right-wing'. The closest thing to it is 'opposition to the left'

Re: Douglas Murray
It’s very much the 21st Century view that the Tories have become the party of labour-market interventionism while allowing themselves to be the tools of international corporations. Lesser of two evils my arse!

I agree with most of that that. But the rich vote Labour these days. For the last two general elections Labour have received less working-class votes than the Tories. Tory party is split on immigration with those for it getting their way. But Labour is unanimously in favour. So a large section of the working class vote Tory as the 'lesser' of two evils. Juries out on whether they are the lesser evil.
It's very outdated view to think Labour are the party of the people and Tories are for aristocrats and landed gentry. It's the 21st century not the 19th.

I tried reading his other books, but did not find them as interesting. SDOE sets out to be very tolerant and interested in the migrants journey and discovers so many disturbing trends that it leaves the reader in no doubt where we are headed.
Before you criticise him, read just this one book.
Come on now, sock, you know how it works: the left don't have to bother themselves with actually reading, let alone contemplating, what he has to say.
They've already been told what to think about him and his opinions so they can then get on with the things that really matter in this world.

Re: Douglas Murray
Prey: Immigration, Islam and the Erosion of Women's Rights By Ayaan Hirsi Ali is another wake up call. Like Douglas Murray's books it is well researched and articulate about the dangers of mass immigration of muslims into countries that they do not respect and whose values they ignore. Of course far left fascists like one or two on this thread would name-call them. These individuals are of course still believe the left are virtuous while being nothing of the sort as well as intollerant of the opinions of others.

Actually, I think you’ll find most adults are pretty clear the difference between the people who believe someone in the West is trying to make war on it by, for example, making sure people of different cultures can find a home in the West, and Father Christmas is very, very real.
The story and background behind "Father Christmas" is very clear and understood throughout modern Christian society, as is the process where believers end up doubting and debunking the tale, without any damaging impact on their lives.
"Far Right" has yet to receive such status - or ANY status - amongst the intelligent & educated, if truth be told.

I've no issue with the term "far right", however, nobody, anywhere, has actually defined what it means.
This strongly suggests that nobody has a fucking clue what it means but in using it against other people they feel that it gives them some sort of moral superiority.
Tossers, the lot of them.
