we should have a more attacking player behind the striker, someone like kudus. paqueta needs players in front of him, and that's never going to happen when antonio's constantly fucking drifting to either wing. he needs to get summerville on, move kudus inside and take off soucek

Forward players are doing my head in. They all seem to think every action has to be the 'killer' action. Whether it's Paqueta through balls, Bowen dribbles, Kudus takes and shots or Antonio....they never just maintain possession, recycle it and look for the clear opening...trying half and quarter chance openings that just keep surrendering possession.

 

 

Either that or actually start passing back, ends up with Areola doing a long kick up field that eventually falls to Brentford who start another attack. Yes, does your head in!

We are relegation material. We got rid of Moyes for this rubbish. The new players are useless and can't be bothered just like Antonio and Paqueta can't be bothered there's no spark in them. Kudas should be doing better. Our manager doesn't have a clue.

Not good but we are at least still in it. Far to slow with our passing and seem stuck between two stalls, not pressing but not sitting back, just sort of standing around letting Brentford play through.  Personally I'd stick Paqueta deeper next to Soucek and tell him to pull his finger out.  Bring off Rodriguez as I have no idea what he actually does apart from chasing the ball, and move Kudus centrally and Summerville on the left.  Christ we would have been better off keeping JWP than this Rodriguez fella, can't believe he plays for Argentina, mind you I would only take him off ahead of Soucek because Soucek at least has a goal threat.
