And as bad as Lopetegui is, I honestly think I could have found better players than Steidten this summer.

Regardless of the outcome of this game, I'm afraid Lopetegui is hopeless

Everything suggests Paqueta doesn’t understand why he has been taken off. Is anyone else the wiser?

He has more of a  goal scoring instinct than Antonio. Might do a better job playing in that position too.

Reckon Kudus can be a moody sod and, if it was causing problems in the team, Lopetegui is well in his rights to hook him.

Anyway, more of a collective effort this half though the basic lack of movement, especially out wide behind their defence, remains a massive concern. Need Ings on.

As I said I'd leave Soucek on as he has a goal in him!  😁

Kudus off and still keeping faith with Antonio and Soucek was the final straw for me.

Weird full stop. Coufal and Cresswell on the bench...but Mavro on at fullback. Summerville on the bench...but Soler comes on.

Divided squad?

Agreed, just what I was thinking. He can do so much better than he did in the first half.

If that's a tactical change that's a sacking offence on its own.  Kudus didn't look injured.
