We have nobody cut out for the job..that's a big part of the rudderless looking performances so far imo.
Both keepers are not vocal either, which just amplifies the problem.
The strong leader/  Skipper thing is very important in any walk of life. Chaos ensues otherwise.

Solanke has been in better form than Bowen. It's a sensible decision.
 you can bet your boots that  Sowanky wouldn't have been called up if he still played for  AFC  Bournemouth

Not in good enough form and he's not a youngster anymore so unless on top form will always be be a fringe England player at best. I'm actually pleased he isn't involved, reduces risk of injury and can focus on working out how our captain and team can improve.

He’s never done much wrong when he’s played for England. Been unlucky a few times but he hasn’t had much of a sniff.
