Good win and performance, much better all round.
Todibo looking like he is settling in, much better on the ball than Stavros. Soucek playing well.
Looking forward to Spurs away, hopefully todays win and performance gives us some confidence.

Onwards and upwards!

Something to build on, I thought the 1st half an hour we were poor especially Paqueta but he got some sort of knock and after that improved alot. Like the look of the centre half pairing. Good to see Bowen and Kudus approaching their best. And fair play to Antonio he kept working and was involved in 3 of the goals.

Todibo looks different class back there so assured and will only get better good to see Kudos and Bowen get on the scoresheet  that will help their confidence no end.
I'm not convinced with Areola despite making one superb save his distribution is amateur at times its a position that needs rectifying

Dominant performance and scoreline to match. Could and should have been more.

I honestly though this would be more of a challenge, some poor defending and mistakes from them was a large factor in a couple of the goals, but truly a far improved confidence boosting performance from us. Todibo, AWB, Kudus, Bowen the bright spots, corner turned?

Reasons to be cheerful....for now.

We won , but Ipswich Town are Relegation material, so lets not get carried away by this win.

I'm sure there will be plenty of 'it's only Ipswich' and not recognise that actually this was a side under massive pressure to get a result and it did so very comfortably. Ipswich may not have the same quality but they work hard and you have to match or beat that. I think we did. Still some work to do but this is hopefully a turning point and we can kick on.

Best performers:
Defenders: Todibo, Wan Bissaka ( honorable mention Kilman)
Attackers: Bowen, Kudus

Still think central midfield is a problem area ( although my normal target Soucek was decent tbf ) and better teams can expose that but a good win we needed helped by early goals either half to calm nerves etc

Much better performance against a team I'd expect us to beat anyway.

Good to see our attacking 4 all score.

I can have a good weekend now.

I wonder if we bought Summerville because we don't have to pay VAT for his kit?

Puts a central midfielder on as a left winger rather than give Summerville an opportunity in a game that's already won. Bizarre
