Man Utd next weekend?
I wouldn't say it's a must win, but Lop needs something positive to happen after yesterdays undressing. Man Utd won yesterday so will come down in good spirits and will no doubt fancy their chances. I can see them opening us up at will and the Dane up top causing us problems. The faithful may turn too?
Fuck predicting the line up, I'll leave that pointless exercise to you lot, but I smell another reverse and more pressure on the Spaniard.
Thoughts?

Re: Man Utd next weekend?
Well said. The hypocrisy reeks. Furthermore, as Moyes likes to beg for his old job back, surely he's chucking in his CV back to Old Trafford and they'd be more than delighted for his return now he's a Cup winner with a point to prove he can manage a so-called Elite Club..

Amorim will end up at City. (Sporting Technical Director is going there next summer.) The waistcoat might end up at the retail park. But the board there hoping for Horse face to pay off.

Re: Man Utd next weekend?
I know Ten-Haaaaaag had been walking on thin ice for a while but the decision to sack him following the dodgy VAR decision really shows just how capricious the Man Utd Board are. Although to be fair probably no different to most in the Premiership. It seems the pre-match Billing as The Sack Match was well-labelled

Yes, it was ridiculous and he had no control at all.

If you think expecting a dodgy ref. when we play Man Utd is paranoid, you know absolutely fuck all about the history of this fixture.

Re: Man Utd next weekend?
Good post sir alf, generally agree, but I'm looking forward to us getting something outta this game and digging out the Doom and Gloom merchants who don't go to games and consistently slag the club off from top to bottom

Opinions and content preferences are different naturally. I like the tactical stuff so for me personally thx Stubbo. Incidentally Mancs have some of the same issues as us. High line, wing backs but without the legs in centre mid. They do have strikers under 30 though

Not really. Just trying to offer up information for all tastes...plenty of less cerebral content abounds in WHO for those who like that. So for those who do want something of greater depth (and that is behind a Patreon paywall typically), there's the odd post with that type of content too.
And as you say...if not interested....don't watch it!

Re: Man Utd next weekend?
In depth review of Man Utd and why they're basically not very good under Ten Haag because of how they setup out of possession (high press, deep defensive line...two central mids with no legs to cover a huge amount of space).

Re: Man Utd next weekend?
That was some fucking save from Onana last night, from the header.
Mourinho making it all about him as usual, and clearly misses living and managing in England, touting himself out after the game. I wonder if COYI would still take him?
