I’m sure there is plenty of good hard archived evidence that Farage and Reform UK are Kremlin instruments. But then there are many ways of dealing with that other than putting people away or banning parties.

All they are doing is turning him into a martyr, and if he does get hurt or killed in jail watch it really kick off in the UK, whatever you think of him, if you can't see the hypocrisy of the UK government and authorities you need to have a word with yourself.

He came back to the country knowing he was going to prison. Whatever you think of his politics that's quite a brave thing to do considering what's waiting for him inside prison. He believes in what he is doing and puts himself in harm's way.

Personally I think he isn't helping himself much in what he wants to achieve and could be a bit smarter in the way he goes about it. I watched his banned video and, although sceptical, I ended up quite sympathetic to what he is saying. From TR's video the Syrian boy, Jamal Hijazi, who took him to court (or maybe activists took him to court? I don't know!) wasn't portrayed as innocently as the media had portrayed him to be and the boy who was expelled from school for beating Jamal up looks like the real wronged party.

However, there is a very good video of someone going through the details of the 2021 judgement against TR when he lost his libel case.  It makes very clear what TR got wrong and why Jamal won his libel case but it may still leave some wondering why the media were not reporting the full circumstances leading up to the fight seen in the video. TR believed too many people's stories who were pushing their own agendas and he was naive about how courts work. He should have got some good legal advice before deciding to fight it. From listening to the video above about the judgement it seems quite obvious he didn't.
