Your Chance To Tell The Club What You Think

Fellow Hammers United members,In an effort to solicit fans’ views on a variety of ticketing issues, the Club launched a survey last week which you may or may not have seen.

We firmly believe that the Club is relying on apathy among the fan base to justify inflation-busting ticket price rises and the withdrawal of concessions - if there is little or no push back from the fans themselves, we expect the Club to continue on this path and that will be to the detriment of us all.

This is a great opportunity to directly tell the Club exactly what you think and we strongly urge you to complete this survey, which takes about 2 minutes.

We particularly draw you attention to all questions in the survey which have “Other” as a possible answer. Clicking on this option will open up a free-text box in which you can give your views, in your own words, on increased prices, withdrawal of concessions, Club Cash, and anything else you choose.Please use the link below to complete the survey:

Give Us The Ammunition

Fellow Hammers United members,

As you know, we are campaigning against the Club's inflation-busting ticket price rises and withdrawal of concessions. It is now absolutely imperative that we are able to do the following:

1: Unequivocally demonstrate that the fan base is united in opposition to what the Club is doing.

2: Prevent the Club from relying on "fan apathy" to justify further cuts to concessions and increases in ticket prices.

PLEASE NOTE:  THIS IS NOT THE SURVEY WE SENT OUT LAST WEEK

To this end Hammers United (in conjunction with other fans' groups) is asking all members to complete a short, but nonetheless very important survey which will significantly strengthen the case that the Club should reinstate concessions and keep ticket price rises to a minimum.

We do appreciate that filling in a survey may not seem like the most exciting thing to do but we cannot stress enough how important it is that you take a couple of minutes to complete this one, paying particular attention to the section on ticket prices and concessions.

There is no doubt that if our campaign fails our fan base will be damaged beyond repair, and future generations of West Ham fans will be cast aside.

We firmly believe that no West Ham fan would want to see that to happen, so we ask you all to please complete this survey and give us the ammunition to fight on your behalf to get our concessions reinstated and future ticket price rises kept to a minimum.
