As far as it goes think it should be hosted by a proper presenter like Gabby Logan & the pundits could do with a refresh.
Should be articulate people who have played Premier league football. Don’t need to have been brilliant players but ones who can explain a game … ie not Ian Wright types
Found during the Euros the best pundits were current managers
If you are going to have female pundits who have played WSL then you should have men who have played League 2 or National League football
Rather than ex-players, I’d like to see some ex-managers - they mainly seem to be more level headed, have a drier insight into the game (in general) and are often less biased than the twats they go for (Merson, Richards, Wright etc)

Re: Match of the day
We all know they are going to give it to Alex Scott despite her being a pretty terrible presenter. The amount of
and the boasts they can make about it will be too much to resist.
Gabby Logan or Chappers for me. I wouldn’t mind Colin Murray either.

Re: Match of the day
MotD is a programme that I rarely if ever watch these days. There is too much punditry and the time spent per game is scant so I would like to see some changes.
It would benefit being split into two sections. For example the Saturday night slot should be taken up solely with play action from each game thus giving more footage of each match. The punditry can then be a seperate programme made available the next day and streamable from that time too. The “experts” will have had more time to analyse matches and hopefully come up with opinions with more depth than the done on the fly ones they express on Saturday evenings.
As to who presents it who cares because all they will ever do is blather anyway.

Ox.
I'm a massive fan of Baker buy I always think he is far more suited to radio rather than tv. Thats where my interest ends as i stopped watching MOTD 2 seasons ago and haven't missed it at all.

My vote goes to Lucy Verasamy,. She looks good, can present well, and knows as much about playing PL football as any of the lady "experts;" Fuck all!

I would go for Colin Murray by a distance.
Be interested to see the viewing figures completely collapse if Alex Scott gets it.
Her and Jenas would have made my nightmare double act.
Got a couple of old podcasts of Danny Baker that pop up on Kodi every now and again. Crack me up every time I hear them, no matter how often they get repeated.
Recall him being on HIGNFY and all the other guests were rather cautious of him; think he had a short, pithy rant about something and it stunned everybody into silence.
Top, top presenter.

Re: Match of the day
I'd give it personally to Danny Dyer now Sir Trev has officially dropped out the race.
Dyer racking up lines on the desk whilst knocking back beers alongside his special guest football experts Gazza, David Coote and Frank McAvennie would be a ratings smash hit. Kelly Somers is still on course to fill her 12 o'clock slot on the other channel so to finish off a great Saturday night's entertainment on the box.
If Auntie had any sense, she'd sign the deal off this second.

Good for him, I say. As for Kelly Somers, 100% would.

My fair compromise would be to allow Chapman to host the MotD gig to himself. Then immediately following the programme switch over to Babestation where Somers can be seen getting her kit off, whilst reading out the Football scores on a playful vidiprinter just below her gaping arsehole. Everyone's a winner.
Good idea that.
All jokes aside I would prefer her to be honest. Chappers just comes across as a fucking arse licking cսnt. And his voice is annoying.
True enough, Chappers is OK but when you compare him to Lineker (who kops a lot of flak) he's shit.
