Incredibly, both these sides are level on points, thanks largely to the hosts’ propensity for generosity.
Arsenal can’t be happy with their early season form and this is exactly the type of fixture that they will look to for maximum points. Forest, though, aren’t the pushover they were a year ago. Home win.

ASTON VILLA vs CRYSTAL PALACE (1500)
Villa are ninth but just a single point from the top three. Palace, meanwhile, are in the bottom three and there’s between little and nowt to suggest they’ll improve things today. Home win.

EVERTON vs BRENTFORD (1500)
The Toffees have scratched their way out of the relegation zone, but still have a job to do to stay out of it. On the other hand, Brentford have messed up royally this season, having lost all their away games. Home win.

FULHAM vs WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS (1500)
If Fulham had held on to their lead over us a few weeks ago, they’d only have Liverpool and Man City above them. But ifs and buts don’t win football games. Just ask Gary O’Neil, whose side sit second from bottom and looking at a relegation battle. Things don’t look too rosy for them. Home win.

Clearly the game of the day. City have fouled up of late and Spurs, currently 10th, could end the day in 14th. Should be a good game, but is this the time that the hosts pull their socks up? Yep. Home win.

Bottom plays top. What else do you expect? Away win.

Sadly it's seeped too much in to fanbases, in particular the Premier League lot. It's all got to be an instant success or it's a total write-off before it has even begun.

A good example of this is current flavour of the month (who I also always liked anyway) Marco Silva. Flying once again as Fulhams manager once given proper time and space to sort them out, outside of the Championship. But only after he was laughably ditched by Everton after a shit start there and was sacked 1 and a half seasons later. Ohh how they wish they could turn the clock back now to still have him, as he's clearly got it and we want rid of ours after just 10 League games against high flying Forest..

Decent manager's still need plenty of time to change an entire culture around, especially when there's so much to turn around i.e. piss poor quality of Football and players.

Now I'm not saying give Lopetegui 18 months, as we ain't in that kind of sorry shit state at Goodison but I always felt and stated from the beginning he will need a whole season to get to grips with it all and at the very least half a season unless he's making a total pigs ear of it all.

Yep - absolutely agree with that. It was more of a criticism of the sensationalist, immature and school playground reaction to them scoring and Drury immediately screaming ‘utopian’ and ‘Ruben’s reds’.

Saying “he’s already made his mark” was/is ridiculous. The media feed the ‘immediate results’ culture and then criticise fans for wanting managers out. I guess sensationalism sells, but I’d rather have professional commentators. I rarely hear any of this level of nonsense in NFL or Rugby (I don’t watch many other sports), the commentary and ex-pro insights on those two put football to shame. The PL are largely to blame for this with their over promotion and protection of the ‘product’.

It most definitely is this and Amorim as good as he is has a big task on his hands to turn it around, rgeardless of Man Utd's status as a Club. Manager's extremely rarely turn it around in an instant and will usually take plenty of time to sort the wheat from the chaff, instill your beliefs, buy and sell what you think you need after seeing them in proper action.

And yes I am relating that to the huge task Lopetegui had in the Summer, a process that will still be ongoing for much of the 1st season. Fans don't like to be impatient in this day and age but that's unfortunately the price you pay to change and entire Footballing cutlure around. Amorims post match discussion with Keane and Co confirmed much of that to me. Absolutely no quick easy fix at all.

As far as Ipswich are concerned they're a decent promoted side that can cause Teams problems and our performance and result looks better  the more I see of them. Only Man City and us have dicked them this season.

Soucek is better than Leicester and what they could afford. Soucek would be worth around £15M+. Can't see him wanting to go there and will likely stay.

Wouldn’t at all surprise me to see Leicester survive this season, then challenge for top 6 next season.

If they were to go into the Conference League, they would be favourites to win it with Moyes in charge.
