Yeah, he's definitely going to lose patience with the agents and hangers on, who are even worse at college level because there's an even bigger gulf between lack of talent and naked ambition. Would not be surprised if he recruits his son or someone else to deal with that. Imagine him in a room full of agents for 18-year-old kids - most of whom are not going to make it? He will lose his shit.

Two of the many things I’ve learned about the Jets, Cough:

1. We’re never good enough to cherry-pick the games we win or lose!

2. We’re so bad at scouting and drafting that high picks have become irrelevant (Wilson etc). So tanking is a bit pointless.

But we are SO incompetent that I wouldn’t rule out us trying. And probably failing.

Just four or five games to go in the regular season now. Looking like many of the same contenders again this year: Chiefs, Eagles, Lions, Bills, possibly the Ravens if they can get their act together on pass defense. Steelers, Chargers, Washington and Vikes looking to gatecrash the party.

Biggest disappointment (beyond the ever-present-in-that-category Jets) looks like San Francisco.
