Yeah, saw that earlier in this thread. Suggestion was he survived because he wasnt wearing a belt and was thrown clear of the major point of impact

Maybe just maybe the driver ran off and left Antonio. Bet there is something else to this story that will come out.

Re: Michail Antonio Car crash
Yeah it must be a left hand drive unless the impact pushed him over to the left, because the right hand side was totally demolished?

Re: Michail Antonio Car crash
According to the eye witness who was first on the scene, he was sitting in the passenger seat. Very weird, unless Antonio drives a left hand drive import and the eye witness was confused by that.

Yeah, I've heard they've had to cut off both his feet so to prevent him from fucking driving anymore..
*Now fuck off if that is what actually happened alright! Hopefully not quite that savage by sounds of it

Already a vast improvement on Jenas who is not young, half black and has as much charisma as a pavement slab.
As long as he’s able to read the autocue, he’d be an improvement on Alex Scott, although she’d have the edge as she’s a woman, and a liver-licker to boot. The silly cսnt can barely read a road, let alone an autocue! I was going to say Antonio hosting Match of the Day is bound to be a car crash but thought I'd swerve it..
Too soon?
He might find a niche on the ex-players' speaking circuit - sure he's got a tale or two in him.

Re: Michail Antonio Car crash
I'm pretty convinced he would have absolutely no interest in coaching or maybe even punditry anyway. He's stated he only enjoys playing (and even that he's fallen out of love with here and there), he doesn't bother to watch any games in his spare time as he's simply not interested.
I think he see's himself more in entertainment, podcasts, panel shows etc. Not sure how realistic that is but hope he finds something to keep away the post playing gloom

Wish him well on his recovery, though.
Ok, fuck it, Butlins entertainer then? He's got to use his skills to pay his bills somehow.

Probably alone in this opinion but for a while I've thought I'd like to see Antonio in coaching/managing. Something about his temperament I really like and think he could inspire young Footballers in the game. I actually think he's more switched on Football wise than some give him credit for. Maybe a path he'd like to take should the recovery go well but obviously no time soon.
Wouldn't disagree with that. Could imagine youngsters really taking to him, he has a nice way, personality about him. Would imagine he's a bit of a ladies man too, although I think we know that already

stubbo-admin wrote: ↑08 Dec 2024, 11:21 Suspect as with Ogbonna the club might give him a year's extension to support him through recovery on a slightly lower wage...just a hunch though.
Wouldn't be opposed to that...he's done plenty for the club, even if seemingly a bit of a billy big time since he went up top.
Anything that helps him get over this disaster the club should do all they can to help.
Depends on the accident report. Freak weather and adverse road conditions, maybe. Heavy foot syndrome, sorry but no.
