Sports Personality Of The Year
Used to love watching this when I was a kid just to see the fifteen minutes of football.
Nowadays is anyone interested?

Personality he hasn't got one.
I'll vote for him.
Yesterday on Radio 5 they were reviewing the darts doc, Game of Throws, and one of the reviewers referred to darts players as athletes. I dropped my toast.
Has to be Keeley.

Re: Sports Personality Of The Year
Remember Ryan Giggs getting it for mainly coming off the bench in his last season. Sure Beckham got it. Bobby Charlton in 66? I know Lineker missed out in 86 to Nigel Mansel for coming 2nd in F1. Gazza? Not sure who else.

Keeley Hodgkinson or Alex Yeo for me. Luke Littler could be a dark horse and should have the young sports personality award sewn up. Always enjoy this, regardless of who wins. A great review of the years (mainly) British sport and a staple of Christmas TV.
