It's absolutely not a factor, if it was it would be far more wide spread outside of the Pakistanis. Why aren't other racial groups heavily involved in child prostitution? I listed several other Muslims groups earlier in the thread, who to my knowledge are not actively involved in child exploitation.

However, to say the lack of action and suppression on the part of the police and social services, however horrible and reprehensible it was, constituted active support is a gross misrepresentation and simple political advantage taking. It is also disgusting because the blame is also to be shared by those at national level in government at the time and now.
