I'd love to know the mind bending calculations they did to work out that figure.

Remember that the world record for a transfer fee in women's football is only £685k.  That's 1960's levels in men's football.

Yeah, its's a fucking joke fella!
I'd love to know what was deemed 'fair value' for a womens football team.
apparently the value of of the inter-company transfer of the women's team was something like £150m (apparently).

mental.

Seems fitting that he'd be their last manager at Goodison Park.

Though I would find it utterly hilarious if he relegates them and they open their new stadium in the championship.

I've watched the full 28 min presser. To be fair I thought he come over OK and said all the right things etc, but as we know he's a proper old bullshitter. Spoke about West Ham and the ''success'' he had a fair bit.

The only job he would have taken, despite not wanting to be in a relegation battle.

Asked by BBC Sport if it was the only club job he would have taken, Moyes replied: "Yes, I believe so, because I don't think there is anything else."

So this is the only job you would have taken on the basis that it's the only job available?

At best I find him very disingenuous. Yeah, he may have done stuff for charity but that doesn’t automatically make him a ‘good guy’.

Typical Moyes bullshit. He can't help himself. An insincere, untrustworthy cսnt, who has obviously spent his life being a cսnt but making people believe he is a decent bloke.

Said two weeks ago that he wanted to get back into the game but not in relegation dogfight. Then joins a team in a relegation dogfight. Said that he thought Dyche was doing a 'really decent job' and then says that Everton are where they have they have not been good enough. Joins Everton and says that 'he literally knew nothing' about the appointment 48 hours before.

He can't help himself. Bloke's a fucking lying cսnt.

Moyes is just your typical dour Scotsman.

I think he’s probably a good bloke, and actually did some good during Covid delivering food to the elderly IIRC?

Yes, I think so. I also think that the ‘I don’t want a relegation fight’ was a dig when he realised he probably wouldn’t get an offer.

Moyes in his press conference today;

“A couple of weeks ago I thought there was no chance Everton would be in a relegation fight”

Which clearly explains why he joined them, after saying he didn’t want to join a team in a relegation fight.

I might watch the full press conference and do a spot the difference with the Potter one. I know who I’d rather play for if I was a professional footballer.

Yea, I'd go along with that. Seems like a good bloke and is a competent manager, just that his sides are so dull to watch. He'll be back, but fancy top half of the Championship is more his level. Fans paying big money for PL football don't want to be bored. On that note, enter Moyes, lol.
A good bloke really? On what do you base this? He treated the fans and press with contempt, ostracised players in the squad, reduced Pablo to tears and ended numerous players stays by not playing them and caused the club to lose a heap of transfer money in the process. As you say his football was as dull as we have ever had the misfortune to experience. I hope he takes Everton down and we never see him again!
I'm talking about Dyche you daft bugger, after iron said he feels a bit sorry for him. I fucking hate Moyes. If I was referring to Moyes why would I say he'll be back and top half of the Championship is more his level.

As for reducing 'Pablo' to tears, well what a nasty man, I sincerely hope Pablo's mum gave Moyes a proper dressing down over that.
Easy mistake to make!!!!
