Three home games in a week doesn’t help the pocket though either.

"I get it's ridiculous kick off time, playing Freiburg again and we are all fed up with Moyes (myself included) but surprised how many empty seats showing for tonight. Still knockout Europa football with everything still to play for, massive game. Hope the crowd it up for it from first whistle. One thing I'm not looking forward to is not having enough time for a couple beers in pub, stadium beers are shocking. Anyway, come on you irons!"

"alf, the moose was just gaslighting asking that crap. wouldn't shock me if it was rehearsed (spoken through) beforehand. a way of shutting up calls for more attacking line ups. I don't put anything past that midget bastard to wind up the fans"

I like the majority want Moyes gone but I’m more then happy he’s in charge for this evening because “ he’s a winner” co therefore already reserved next round ticket.

"Sir Alf Stupid question but then it is Moose .. not the sharpest bulb in the box.. We all know that a different forward thinking manager could still play Antonio or Ings or another decent striker up top with Kudus, Paq and Bowen behind with 2 holding midfielders Alvarez and 1 other.. Paq dropping when we defend in to a 3 and then forward when we attack, which I think is how he plays for Brazil... But Moyes bah... hasn't got the first fucking clue about attacking line ups..."

"Doh, difficult to argue against that, yep forgot about Kudus and that the Moyesiha took Aguerd off and put Ings on to have Ings and Antonio at the end on Sunday. I'll need to drop Soucek then, go full on 4-4-2 midfield of Bowen, Alvarez, Paqueta and Kudus behind Ings and Antonio. Unfortunately, not even in my dreams will Moyes do that. We'll soon see, looking forad to it."

"Apparently ‚ÄúThe Moose‚Äù got Moyes very upset with some questions about the team tonight? The Moose is hardly a respected journo but its been reported it went something like this : Asking whether there is a way to get Antonio or Ings into the team, as well as Paqueta, Kudus and Bowen, Moyes responded: ‚ÄúWell, you try and work that out.‚Äù Abrahams then put it to Moyes: ‚ÄúYou‚Äôre the man picking the team not me‚Äú, before the Scot responded: Yeh but you‚Äôre the one who‚Äôs asked the question, so give me your idea then to get all them in.‚Äù The Moose then fired back with: ‚ÄúIt‚Äôs always possible to get attacking players in‚Äù, to which Moyes finished the exchange with: ‚ÄúIt is always is, that‚Äôs right It just so happens that you‚Äôve got to defend in football as well.‚Äù He couod have said drop either JWP or Soucek and move Paqueta into the central role alongside Alvarez as he played there effectively when alongside Rice last season and early this season when he was top in stats for interceptions, key passes etc I reckon Moyes would have ‚ÄòWindmilled‚Äù into him ?ü§?"

"Lots of encouragement from the club and players to try and create an atmosphere at tonight game. For me there is only one way to create the atmosphere and that is for the team to approach this game the same way they approached the 2nd half vs Burnley. I can't see it, but let's hope Moyes recognises that, at 1-0 down, we have to attach to win the game. It would not be a shock for Moyes to play his usual negative tactics even in a must win game."

More than just us WHU fans wanting a win tonight. It just so happens that if we beat Freiburg it improves the EPL coefficient such that it’s possible for eight teams to qualify for European football next season. And five of those could be CL places so the likes of Spurs and Villa fans will definitely be cheering us on.

"Fabianski starts ahead of Areola because you know it makes sense. Cresswell also, but this time because of his European football “experience” getting carded in key ties. Soucek is now unstoppable as the skipper specialist at pointing at things while JWP and Phillips are of course English. We’ve sold all our wide players except Bowen so it’s Paqueta out on the left because he can play anywhere and Ings will be stuck out as a lone striker because we all know that is how he is great at making up the full XI. FFS, WHY??????????"
