NOTTINGHAM FOREST vs BRIGHTON & HOVE ALBION (1230)
Forest are still within shouting distance of the runners up spot. Brighton are not, but could make the Euro Conference at a push. A big push. Home win.

BOURNEMOUTH vs LIVERPOOL (1500)
The Cherries are one point behind Man City, which is pretty good going with three months of the season to go. Pool will win the title. But Bournemouth have the bit between their teeth, which makes this a fascinating fixture. Don’t assume that Pool will win, although that’s the sensible shout. Beware: corker ahead. Draw.

EVERTON vs LEICESTER CITY (1500)
Well, David Moyes seems to have turned the Toffees’ fortunes around, at least in the minds of the blue side of Liverpool. The Foxes, meanwhile, are in deep shit, although not quite as deep as the three sides below them. Draw.

IPSWICH TOWN vs SOUTHAMPTON (1500)
Nineteenth plays twentieth. Both will be going hell for leather at Portman Road this afternoon. Ooh er, Missus. Draw.

NEWCASTLE UNITED vs FULHAM (1500)
Time for Fulham to get some decent points on the board? On yer bike. Home win.

WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS vs ASTON VILLA (1730)
The accents. Above all, those accents. Away win.

SUNDAY

BRENTFORD vs TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR (1400)
Brentford have an enviable home record. Spurs are languishing in the brown stuff. Home win.

MANCHESTER UNITED vs CRYSTAL PALACE (1400)
Lowly Man U are at last starting to get their stuff together. But Palace will still provide stiff opposition. Home win.

ARSENAL vs MANCHESTER CITY (1630)
Well now. Home win. The tea leaves say so.

MONDAY

CHELSEA vs WEST HAM UNITED (2000)
Oh bollocks. You know what’s going to happen. Chelsea will look to continue their push for a top-four finish or higher. The Blues have shown flashes of brilliance but have also struggled with consistency. Expect them to dominate possession and look to control the game through their midfield. We're likely to sit deep, absorb pressure, and hit on the break. The gaffer is reportedly 'hopeful' that Bowen will return this evening. If so, he'll probably be pivotal to our performance. Will that be enough to take all the points? A decent display of resilient counter attacking could be key. Nevertheless... Home win.Image

WEDNESDAY

EVERTON vs LIVERPOOL (1930)
Home advantage? No fucking chance. But don't expect too many goals. Away win.

Sydders - Well you never know in football, but every manager since Taggert left has had at least two years, so I don't see this being any different, how many managers can you sack? I think it's more likely that it kicks off behind the scenes and possibly a mutual consent thing, but not yet. He has a strange way about him, it's like he's having a laugh half the time and over confident about himself, a bit like David Brent :-) Losing at home to Palace 0-2 is a disaster though.

He might have had a dry January also, which didn't help matters :-)

Surely Amorim is going to get sacked at this rate, if they thought they were shit under ETH then this greasy fraud has taken them down a level, throw in some of his comments about the team and falling out with players he’s making himself look like a right twat?

Thank fuck we didn’t get him, for once looks like Sullivan called it right!

It's ''almost'' sad to see that a mess Man Utd have become now, they might as well bring Taggert back. Amorin looks like a fraud and is getting eaten alive by the PL and making silly faces in pressers, and maybe Ratcliffe and the other new directors there don't have a scooby? I turned onto the game briefly and they were bringing old man Erikksen on at 0-1 kind of said it all.

360 - I thought the same thing with Haaland and was surprised to see that long new deal, also wasn't it meant to be an open secret that he would go and play for Real Madrid at some point. Once you lose that fear that opponents have for you it's very hard to get that back. The days of them dominating are over, thankfully.

Halland has fucked City. Not Rodri’s injury. They’ve given him a 10yr deal or something. It’s going to be impossible to rebuild that team with Halland having to start every game.

yes he scores goals. But it’s like playing with 1 less man for most of the game. When they had aguero he could play like a midfielder as well.

it’s mental how they are playing now. the defensive errors are one thing but they were never the best defence. What they were good at was keeping the ball and out passing teams in the final third. Now with Halland the final ball is a cross into the box? It’s mad. Why all the tippy tappy shit if your just trying to lump it in to a big target man?

And please .. if in doubt boot it out !
why are u trying to play it out when all you want to do is cross it into Halland? It’s not making any sense.

I personally don’t have a problem with that.

they have been our yardstick for years and if it means that we excel as a result of chasing Spurs then it can only be a good thing.

Remember when we were being gaslighted by the likes of Neville and Carragher about Rice? He was worth £50m at most. Just as I predicted, as soon as he went to a top 4 club he would suddenly improve and be a bargain in their eyes. The truth is he’s no better now than he was then.

Decent game in Milan going into the last ten minutes.
1-0 Milan at the moment.

one thing that jumps out watching these games is how much quicker they make VAR decisions.

Keep up Fraser, KD and the Spurs fan.

Yes they were much more effective turning Chelsea around
But seems Guardiolas arrogance means they revert to tippy tappy
Need a rebuild
Expect DeBruyne will go to Saudi & he has to shift Grealish
Cant even get on now

That Trossard really is a diving cheat

Lots of pointless passing back & forward & teams have woken up to their risky passing in their defensive third & press them to good effect
Also seem to have a game plan that has the ball with Guardiol & Nunes in forward areas instead of Foden or B Silva or Savinho
Probably doesn’t help that De Bruyne isn’t playing much

And Haaland finally appears when they get Savinho on the ball
1-1
Concede again with more sloppy defending
2-1

Last week against Chelsea they started playing the long ball and it was very effective but now they’ve reverted to tippy tappy possession based football again.

Spot on!
And re defending, put pressure on the defenders and they will make errors, even top side defenders...

4th is mid table, things you learn..
You are being obtuse, I won’t bother with you. Life is too short.

Another for me foe list.
Obtuse?

So fourth is mid table mediocrity.. OK.. Hopefully we can reach mid table mediocrity...

Time and time again you prove that football isnt for you.
I get why walk your dog rather than watching football.
I’ve never had a dog.

Supporting the manager yet?
Of course you havent. Like every other lie and back paddle you have ended up with.
