"I met Terry Scott once, must have been about 1981. I was working at Debenhams in Bromley and they had him in to open some new department or something. The boss had been plying him with scotch in his office and he was very funny but completely rat-arsed. That didn't stop him driving off in his Roller. I always remember the numberplate - TS1."
