On way home, I must admit to questioning potter's team selection but I know now never to second guess a manager they know a lot more than what we do.

As you'd expect we came under a lot of pressure but wasn't often that you felt they looked threatening A great team performance, so so proud of everyone out there today, now let's back it up and win back to back games for the first time this season

I fully expect us to finish the season strongly.  And I thought that at the start of the season. Especially with no European football on offer . The club has some brilliant youngsters coming through and potters the ideal manager to blood them .

Potter has been good against Chelsea and Arsenal, but poor against Palace and Brentford. Need a win against Leicester and consistent performances against the sides near to us in the table.

To be fair both Brentford and palace played us very well. Leicester will be far easier. I can’t see anything other than a win. I really can’t.

I'll be impressed if Potter does that. He needs to show he can get the team motivated and playing well for that one.
I fully expect it. They are no where near as good as palace or Brentford who both played very well against us to give them their due credit and are both bang in form which belies their league position.

Leicester are fucking shit in comparison. We should have them comfortably. I might end up regretting that prediction but I very much doubt it.

Odegaard spoke pretty well in defeat to be fair. Aside from giving us no credit.

why is it ok by the way for everyone to constantly go on about striker crises at Arsenal Spurs or Chelsea when we’ve been gutted by injury for six weeks?

juat watching skys coverage. Fuck me it’s just all about Arsenal with wrighty crying and not a word about us. More about Liverpool than us FFS.

Yup. I’ve got to say I’m not worried with Cress back there. We’ve a good record with him there under potter. I’d have him over Mav there every day and I’d keep him there for now as well.

Missed the game today so I can’t comment on the performance.

Fantastic result, did not see it coming. Hopefully the start of a run of good form.

good result, but I still don’t rate Potter
Really? You don't say 🥱
I like the way you’re making out me not rating Potter is boring, but you’re the pick that brought it up

find it hilarious that you think winning one game would change my opinion

Hilarious? You're easily amused 😂

I pointed out that your pre-game histrionics might've been misplaced. Turns out they were. Hopefully we'll lose on Thursday and you can continue your crusade

As organised as the best of Moyes’ team, but not surrendering the ball every time we had it just to accept the onslaught. Of course we were under pressure at times, but that is to be expected. We probably lose that by 4 or 4 under Lopetegui.

Scarles superb again, likewise Wan-Bissaka. Ward-Prowse very impressive. Should also mention Kilman since he has many doubters, and Cresswell who in a back three is surprisingly still quite useful.

Mavropanos still a mistake a game, fortunately we got away with it.
