Re: Champions League
Agree with that one.
Conference League is nothing more than a tarted up Intertoto.

Re: Champions League
I don't care for Atletico Madrid and certainly not for Simeone, but I would have liked to have seen them prevail, fucking bored of RM and the gum chewing Ancelotti.
Good chance the PL won't be represented in the semi's.

Re: Champions League
Never liked Real Madrid, come across as an entitled arrogant sort of a a club and all that Super league nonsense a few years ago did was reinforce that, as did the antics of refusing to attend the Ballon Dor last year as their man wasn't going to win! But you can't deny they are the kings of this competition, always seem to get across the line in games or over the 2 legs.
Arsenal next for RM and can't see the gunners getting much, Villa have PSG and again think they go out as well.

Re: Champions League
I would like to think that one day we would qualify for the champions league, but certainly not with this team or manager. Would even give up the piece of jink we won a couple of years ago and swap it for a champions league outing.

Re: Champions League
Well done Arsenal and Villa.
Always good to see the English sides do well in Europe.
Will be rooting for Spurs, Man Utd and Chelsea tomorrow.

Really fun game. Cannot believe what’s just happened with Alvarez’s pen in the shootout!

Re: Champions League
Bar Spurs, always go for the English teams.
It gives us a better chance of being in Europe...again...some day.

Bit like how they bottled it to Olympiacos last season.

Just as you think the season is a lost cause, there comes a result to put a smile on your face. Thank you PSG.

Re: Champions League
Interesting game - LOSC and Dortmund
Just levelled up with a soft? penalty.
David scored early on one the Dortmund keeper should have had.

Re: Champions League
Can't really see a way it's not a Real/PSG semi final. Both sides should have far too much for Villa or Arsenal respectively.
