I'd prefer Grealish to Rashford, at least the Brummie draws a foul, Rashord just passes it to the opposition...

Palmer with come back in, and maybe Tuchel can get a tune out of Grealish?

Wharton could come in, many options for the German.

Stuck with it as nothing else to watch. The England team is another example of modern football is rubbish, no likeable personalities, bland.

Still another week until west ham play. When was the last time March was so sparse of games FFS.

End of the day it was never going to be vintage stuff was it? Tuchel has come through with 2 wins, 5 goals and 2 clean sheets, granted opposition was hardly top notch, had it been Southgate it would maybe have been similar although suspect it would have been 2 x 1-0🤣 and at least we had some football to watch.

Now we can get back to some proper football, although let's be honest that's panning out to be a pretty boring end to the season, seems PL winners, Arsenal as brides maids and who gives fuck about European places🙄 and the 3 to go down have all but been decided, and we have fuck all to play really except a bit of pride, but not sure that will mean much🤷‍♂️

Roll on August and the 25/26 season..............

What happened to WHO not wanting our players to play for England because they might get injured? Changed our minds have we, lol.

It’s one game against a team who parked the bus. I wouldn’t read too much in to it. On his day Bowen can play. I’d take him to the World cup if I were in Charge.

There seems to be a growing resentment in England now about this dull, slow football in the PL and with England, some are blaming Pep? Where's the entertainment gone?
Agree with some of that, Bowen (on his day) is good enough for England, maybe not going to be a regular starter, but someone useful to have on the bench or play (be subbed on once the win looks in the bag) in the group games so the better first choice options can be rested at the WC.

Football in general, especially the PL has become very sanitized for want of a better word, for my money VAR has a lot to do with it, it hasn't been implemented how we were told it would be, that is clear and obvious mistakes, not drawing lines to see if a toes or finger are off side or taking so much time to decide on things its obviously not clear!!! Seems every time a goal is scored everyone holds their breath! Then all this nonsense with penalty's, i almost get the feeling players are looking to dive, kick the ball at opponent's body's hoping to craze an arm or shoulder than actually go for goal!

Not sure how anyone can blame Pep, if anything his style of football lit up the league in his first few seasons, things gone off the rails now and he's been found out and other managers can set up to play against his sides, but maybe that's spilled over to the style of football overall which doesn't seem to be as free flowing as it used to be especially the so called big clubs? Ironic really that some of the unfancied teams like Bournemouth and Forest play some of the best football, pity we don't though 😑
I really like Bowen and is one player I have never criticised for us, a very good player, but I suppose there is a reason he is still with us. I worded it 'not an England Player' and think most would know what that means i.e he's just not wired to be a big success at this level, but yes worth his place in the squad, especially now it's 26 players. Anyhow, all just opinions I suppose. England chat is boring anyway. I think we already know what will happen next summer.

I made the fatal mistake of  deciding to go balls deep and tune in to C4 for the sole reason that Jarrod was starting the game .

My Life...that match summed up everything as to  why I have fallen out of love with the game..

It was soul sapping  in every way.

The players..?

I can't stand most of em ...Bellingham is an arrogant..  classless and dirty snide shithouse
don't get me started on Crapford

The crowd?...fmob's

The  commentators? ...
that is one boring fucking minge

The corporate cunts ...?...say no more

Ian Wright ?...hes no Barry Davies is he

Decent start for Tuchel without being outstanding! not like either of these sides can be considered amongst Europe's elites but both are no push over either, Serbia are maybe the biggest threat, if we actually have one in the group! But even they are not that great so you would expect a comfortable win of the group for England, real test will be at the finals, but maybe not until the R16 such is FIFA obsession with keeping the bigger nations apart, expect England to get a group of similar standard sides to this Qualifying group, well apart from Andora🤣

Bowen a bit disappointing this time but im not sure that sees him out of contention or deserving the comments from some on here (Spurs fans and the blinkered🤣) Foden was pretty shit in the first game and in the same boat, so nothing to see here really, decant player had a sub-par performance shocker!.

4th ranked vs 140th…

Boring…Slow paced…little creativity…one way traffic…

Won’t get far on this type of performance…

Billion Quid England team and “Top Manager”  shown up for their limitations..

Doubt Bowen will figure much in future…
