My son used to play a game by changing the menu and direction languages on my old Garmin satnav. It started with German, French and escalated through Afrikaans until he finally settled on Mandarin at which point I was forced to do a factory reset.

Re: Daily Quiz anyone?
17 today thanks zico and I fell for the Oktoberfest trap.
Schloss Neuschwanstein is as mad as mad King Ludwig II was himself but I'd love to go there.
The cost of building it ended the Bavarian monarchy and King Ludwig himself.
Ludwig was arrested for refusing to pay the debts he had racked up getting the place built and ejected from the castle. He died in very suspicious circumstances a couple of days later.

Re: Daily Quiz anyone?
These quizzes are good. Thanks!
Would have been interested in a question like : "When did Germany actually become a country?" or "What is the unofficial currency of Bavaria?"...
Not complaining, though.
