The best thing I can say he's done is that we don't look like we're going to beaten 5-0, yet.
And the longer he remains don't worry, it'll be coming. He's a chip off the old Moyes (low) block and his anti Football also promised all that too to bring with. Then after so long in roll the same 0-6, 5-0 dickings.

I just want something for my hopes to cling on to for next season.
But there's been nothing really, has there?

Re: Potter Out
We got to hope Potter succeeds or does not continue to struggle because he’s going nowhere until Oct and we are in the relegation zone with no wins in 8.
“Hobson’s Choice” or “Sullivan’s Choice” our version of it.

Re: Potter Out
I also think both Leeds and Burnley are not Teams to take lightly next season either. Not now that Leeds have been taken over by wealthy Yank owners and Burnley look solid defensively better set up under Parker that they cannot be taken for granted having bounced straight back up again so soon.
It's rare 3 Teams go straight back down like they have in the last couple of seasons, especially for yo-yo Clubs like Leeds/Burnley that I just don't see it happening again next season. Very risky policy to believe it will keep on happening as we sleep walk towards the relegation door..

Re: Potter Out
17th place. PL football next season. Business plan yet again successfully delivered.
Sullivan has probably earned himself & Tits a massive bonus on the back of that.
If he feels Potter (minus the player sales, plus the player acquisitions from his mates) can deliver that (as a minimum) next season, then Potter stays.
Fuck all to do with what the (irritating) fans want.

So I want / hope he turned things around just so we can get out of what will be 3 years of steady decline in league form and results. Odds are slim so expect us. welcoming Steve Cooper, Dyche or perhaps Rafa Benitez by xmas, dismantling of our fledgling data analytical team, as Sullivan will say it dont work and irs best to use him and his agents againI think it’s a suicidal business decision to let a person doing so poorly to give him the next season.
What scares Sullivan more than the flying squad or HMRC suddenly knocking on his door? Relegation (money wise). And when you consider Potter is currently presiding over us sitting in 17th whilst playing some of the most gutless Football without much of a clue will shit him right up. When we boil it down to that thought alone when it effects Sullivans pocket, Potter is skating on very thin ice if this is the best he can manage with all the pressure off. The thought of allowing him to also spend a lot of money after he has failed to get Ferguson up and running having bent over backwards to bring him here compounds the situation for Potter's prospects for next season.
If he cancelled Potter's contract come the end of the season to say thanks but no thanks before going for a much better appointment, although expensive in the short term should still be more appealing than risk the alternative after this car crash audition.
We could batter Spurs however and then he gets a timely reprieve and on we go limping on into next season as Sullivan loves a bit of instant West Ham crack cocaine Football to make him briefly forget how bad it's been.

Re: Potter Out
I think Graham has got off lightly from the WHOers. A bit of bants about partridge and his emotional intelligence degree. It's hardly calling him a nonce or abusing his family.
He can help himself by picking his best available team and sensible subs. Prepare for pressers more, blame the state of the team and the previous two managers would be my strategy. Keep a bottle of whisky in the filing cabinet like the good old days.
I don't think we'll lose on Sunday.

Was we skint when he/they put in the lowball bid for Duran in January? The skint line/bullshit is so he can justify cashing in on our most expensive assets (Kudus/Paqueta/Bowen). The last one mentioned I hope doesn't go, but who could blame him playing this crap football every week

Thats the only way to have a chance of turning this mess around. No guarantees of course. We have screwed up the last windows royally get the wrong profile of players and even if we identify the right ones ( young, athletic, pace, strength ) we have to get them ( Sullivan as chief negotiator does not bode well). One thing I do know is that we need to get selling asap if stories of us being skint is true. Also Sullivan will not entertaining buying players without a few big sales thats a given.
On top of all this, the manager has to improve using these players which hopefully suit his tactics, style of play better?
Lots of dependencies but we have to rebuild on this scale dont we? If we could spend the bulk of the proceeds on central midfield and a forward and then bring Potts and Earthy into the squad.
If we do not rebuild we are going down whoever is manager imho
All the media outlets plus that prick you mentioned are used by the midget to wind up the masses. Clearly you still haven't worked out the little cսnt's methods yet

I'd prefer if we bought players who can play the "West Ham Way".
Don't think you're alone in that....but that would require to define what that is, and then base all recruitment (players and managers) around it.
We of course have no one that visionary at the helm of the club (it was meant to be Steidten, but Sullivan ensured that couldn't work....whether it would have or not who knows, but the guy at least had a plan for what he wanted to move us towards which was Amorim's Sporting with Hurzeler as backup).
So whilst few will disagree...it's simply not possible. We'll continue to lurch around, massive style changes and squad rebuilds, nothing sustainable, until our Commander in Chief is no longer involved and we can get an actual football person in charge to run things with a degree of professionalism.

I think we will lose to Spurs. This is going to get worse. But we are stuck with Potter and hoping he, Macaulay and Sullivan can “shit a miracle” over the summer window.
Pessimistic sure but Sullivan aint gonna pay him off and then pay for a manager to replace him ir even identify a suitable one.

Re: Potter Out
Agree Stubbo. Potter aint going before Oct earliest and then it will take us being in the relegation area and on a 5 - 10 game losing streak.
Its why venting on Potter is arguably futile. Better to hope we sell a few, can buy players better suited to Potterball. Least worst option in a “Hobson’s choice” scenario?

Re: Potter Out
Cyber bullying is a bit far fetched. Not having that. In amongst the criticism, there are genuine concerns for Potter's health. Personally, I think the mental health stuff is also a bit far fetched. All I saw was a football manager that was 2-1 up with 5 minutes left and lost 3-2. Seething, angry and totally fucked off and was then being asked questions about the chants aimed at him. He had nowhere to go and not really sure what people expected. But, that's by the by, people have shown concern. That's not in doubt.
As for moving forward, all I can say is that I bet the toxic midget and Lady Brady's meetings this week have been interesting. What a fucking mess.
We are now almost reaching the pinnacle of our slow decade long decline towards the Championship caused by wasted opportunities to kick on, poor recruitment, cheap options and general incompetence. In fact, when you think of it, I am staggered it has taken this long. Sullivan is a fucking cancerous little shit stain. He takes clubs one way only.
We have one more season to get it right and to create sustainable long term plan.

Is this bloke actually for real?
He treats his opinions as facts,
looks up when every user joined and deduces if that means they support Tottenham or not,
And now accuses people of bullying despite the fact he tries to start more rows on here than all the users combined
is it just a wind up, or is this a real bloke that actually behaves like this?

I'm horrified the cսnt is stealing 5 million a year in wages.'
Honestly his family should have seen the state of him in that presser, held an intervention and for his own health, told him to quit.
I'm also quite sure he'd cop it IRL.
Dressing room inavasion in 85. Redknapp pre-season. The away game where Gold or Sullivan caught hell on the way to the Rolls. Burnley.
