Halo 2025 World Snooker Championship
17 day marathon starts today.
''Ronnie'' is back from the dead after his prolonged mental health issues. Kyren Wilson the defending champion.
I know there are a few snooker buffs on here, anyone you fancy? Looks like an open tournament.
I'd love to see Ding finally win it, put will go for Selby.

Love the way Xintong plays the game and a well deserved winner.

This next session will show how much bottle the Chinese kid has. If Williams wins the next frame, I can see him crumbling. Fair play to Williams, he's gritted his teeth and refused to give in.

Ten Chinese players this year.
Guess they were right. Wish I’d had a bet on him now. Was tempted.

Ronnie bores me to be honest, just constant attention seeking as already said by others if you don't enjoy it give it the fuck up!

Re: Halo 2025 World Snooker Championship
He's struggled all tournament with getting to grips with his 8583992292th new cue and the problems with a titanium ferrule he aint used to. Tough titles I'm afraid and should have been more better prepared leading in to the World's. It would be almost miraculous to come back from this position considering how badly he's playing with it. He's going to have to fly out the traps like a mad man tonight to stand any chance of an unlikely comeback now.
Hopefully Trump manages to edge past Williams now. He's been playing the most consistent and best Snooker with Xintong 2nd to him.

Re: Halo 2025 World Snooker Championship
Sick and tired of Ronnie moping about, whinging and moaning about poor form, wrong cue, wrong tip, not feeling up for it. It's actually muggy. He came in for the interview after winning 1/4 final and was shaking his head and saying he can't believe how bad he is playing, can't believe some of his misses, can't believe he is in semi final. It just mugs everyone off.
Bottom line, nobody is forcing him to play. If you don't want to be here then fuck off, mate.
Glad the young nip tore him a new one today.

Ronnie was dreadful, this morning. Struggled to even put in a reasonable break off shot. Apparently he put a new tip on his cue but only seems to have made him worse. Didn't help that Xintong raised his game a level and was missing far less easy balls.

I think O'Sullivan might win the tournament but I wouldn't make him favourite aread of Trump who's in great consistent form.
I didn't know that the fat orange cսnt could play snooker.

Re: Halo 2025 World Snooker Championship
I didn't realise Ronnie plays Zhao next, Zhao is talented but the kitchens are in awe of Ronnie and can't so one beating him in Sheffield.
Williams v Higgins looks to be a classic, I said Williams two days ago so will stick with that.
Would like to see the Belgium come back against Trump, but it's unlikely.

Hope it's an O'Sullivan v Brecel final, just to piss off that miserable cսnt, Hendry.
Re: Halo 2025 World Snooker Championship
Looks like Ronnie v Zhao will be one semi but the other games are looking closer.
Can see Ronnie in the final but at the moment not playing that well even though remarkably winning his matches with ease. But can't see him winning it.
Hard to call who gets there from the other half of the draw.

Re: Halo 2025 World Snooker Championship
Went up late last week, saw Ronnie for a bit but was more interested in Brecel. He was the value (40s) and is playing his way into the tournament.
Ron had an extremely favourable half of the draw…should beat Si in the quarters (presuming he beats Wollaston)…so it’s a likely semi against Higgins.
Bottom half is brutal. Trump, Murphy, Luca. Head says Trump…the wallet is hoping for Luca.
Out of the Chinese lads, Xintong is the stand-out. If you don’t mind a convicted cheat.
Back up there for the final…hoping for Ron v Luca but just as likely to be Higgins/Xintong v Judd.
Will wipe my cock on John Virgo before kick off.

I think whoever wins the title this year, it'll be whoever wins out of Trump vs O'Sullivan.Williams v Higgins should be a great watch. Will go for Williams.
I have Williams down to win that too. Although Higgins is made of granite, just when you think he won't get past a tough opponent, it yet again manages to dig out a win. A great matchplay snooker player.

Yep, Trump looking the favourite for sure, also his protagonist of late, Wilson, is out.
