Zeb we didn't live near there but reemember dad took me tro Crystal Palace one night as Seb Coe was on the bill running for Haringey I think.  He is marmite to many people obviously but no-one can deny he glided across the track and I was very much a fan as a kid.  Think that night someone put the hammer straight into the judges pitt!!  I think Danny Harris was the youngster who eventually beat Moses.

Went to see a fair bit of athletics as a kid as we were close to Crystal Palace and my Dad was a fan and used to be a handy sprinter. Also saw car racing there which was insane as the track was a death trap.
Ed Moses is the coolest athlete of all time - just chilling with his head on the blocks to get ready to race..
