Re: FA cup final
Rite of passage, get up early, turn the box on, watch studio interviews, then follow the teams as they left their hotels, build up to the game, marching bands at Wembley, kick off 3pm on the dot.
Today it's a fucking sideshow.
Fuck off!
Cunts!

Re: FA cup final
Didn't even realise it was on today. I used to really look forward to the final when I was younger, regardless of who was playing. It has fallen a long way since those days imo. I'm now 50 and can't remember many finals where I was excited (apart from our final vs Liverpool). Getting older has something to do with that as well I suspect.

Re: FA cup final
It's repetitively tedious to have one of a small set of "obvious" teams winning this competition year-in, year-out.
Maybe it needs a tweak whereby players who have not had on-pitch minutes in games before the 6th round are ineligible to take part in later rounds, even if their team qualify.
Put the stiffs out early doors and they make progress as far as the 6th round, then the stiffs keep playing.

Re: FA cup final
See that's exactly how I felt, however with City not selling out their allocation for the semi final and then listening to their fans and the now very arrogant cսnt of a manager undermining the greatest cup competition in world football and saying how it'll still be a poor season even if they win it, my extreme dislike of Palace and their wanky ultras has been usurped

Might be a kick up the arse for us …. good manager & good recruiting especially from the Championship (Eze , Wharton)
We should have taken Eze from QPR for £20. Took the ineffectual Benrahma for more instead
It wasn’t a choice between Eze and Benrahma. We both wanted Bowen, and when we won the race to sign Bowen Palace went in for Eze. We should have got both.

Re: FA cup final
Used to seeing Man City win things, so more than happy for them to lift the cup.
Palace have become rather insufferable for me despite me not knowing any fans.
