Liverpool Title Parade Incident

Post Collins Wong - A Free Man »

Someone has run down a load of scousers on their parade.

Merseyside plod already confirmed suspect is 53-year-old "white British man".

Funny how they release that info so quickly. Didn't release the ethnicity of the Southport attacker so quickly, did they?

If you was the barrister you would push for this case to be heard outside of the city to ensure a fair trial.

I see the criminal injuries compensation board has put out a statement on the government website offering their sympathy to those affected and giving details of how to claim compensation.

Meanwhile comedian Andrew Lawrence has had his show at caddies Southend canceled after posting a supposedly "horrific") tweet which drew complaints from various groups and individuals.

He posted

"To be fair if I was in Liverpool I would drive through crowds of people to get the fuck out of there too"

He has accused the venue and organisers of lacking courage

Surely someone must have opened a barrier to let the ambulance in & you might have thought they’d notice a drugged up Scouser following it in before blocking the access again
He can't have been that drugged up to be in the vicinity of where the ambulance was and then work out how to follow it through the barrier.

This stinks again of arse-covering. Someone fucked up. Just identify who it was, slap a non-financial community order on them, and, in true government/civil service fashion, promote them sideways, out of the public eye for a few years.

Oh, wait. Us plebs, especially football fan type plebs, are not meant to be aware that's the way they look after "their mates" at that level of society.

They are dragging their heals in charging this fella aren't they?

It must be on a magistrates authority now as over 36 hours

A nice bit of overtime for the Scouse old bill and more time to try and cover the senior coppers backsides and find a scapegoat for letting the car through the roadblock in the first place.

If they had half a brain cell between them in authority to deal with it. If only they did that last summer instead of nonsense about it being a welsh choirboy then none of the extreme rioting would have happened.

Yes. I have several friends in North London who are resorting to private police to get police work done being paid for by a community of equally frustrated people.

Different police force but presume they didn’t fit the virtue signalling of the Scouse plod.
I live down the hill from there so often go home via that station as it’s a nicer walk at the end than dealing with the Bakerloo line & have noticed that any posters of Israeli hostages being held are routinely vandalised & the Jewish centre down on Finchley Road has permanent security guards.

I guess the BTP will issue CCTV images at some point.

It looks like they also called Shomrim to the scene and possibly first of so I guess they could of even issued descriptions although they probably wouldn't want to tread on the old bills toes.

Interesting lot that Shomrim as all unpaid volunteers and trained up to CIS standard but drive around in what are effectively police cars with blue lights etc.

They started up as a kind of mobile neighbourhood watch around Hampstead and Folders green but now patrol larger areas  and have an emergency call centre.

I guess the Jewish community have also lost faith with the met and prefer to deal with this lot

Just seen a ‘survivor’ interviewed on BBC breakfast. Opened his mouth and out came the thickest northern Irish accent you ever did hear. Thought it was Derry Girls rather than something about Liverpool.
