Champions League Final

Post Sydney_Iron »

After this then the season is all done! sort of............🙂

Im on the fence as to who i would want to win, Inter for the way they played those 2 semis against Barca, but although PSG is billionaire Arabs plaything that wins the French league every season, they have never won the CL, so let's hope for a good game more than anything.

See Milan have announced they will be wearing a gold strip for this game🙄 its their 3rd strip apparently and more bright yellow than gold but FFS, i know its Paris and Milan the 2 fashion capitals of Europe but can't they stick to the football and there traditional Blue and Black, i quite like that strip, maybe something to do with clashing with PSG,s strip but in this day and age of COLOUR do they really need to bother?

Roll on August, think we have some internationals and this club world cup thing but not sure its going to be that good, more a bit of a jolly for the bigger clubs i suspect?

I hope Inter win. they play a similar way to how bagpuss used the 3-5-2, though dumfries/dimarco can defend if needed. I like this psg side, but in terms of the club, they're no different to man city in the way they've been built

Haven’t seen much of Inter but have enjoyed watching PSG
Knocked out Liverpool, Villa & Arsenal so have my support
Relentless going forward with the little Georgian but look a bit vulnerable at the back & have needed Donnaruma to save them several times
Hopefully it’s a great game after that abortion of a Europa League final

Looking forward to this. Potentially will be a fantastic game of football.

I love how Dembele has now finally appeared to step out of Messi, Neymar and Mbappe's shadows.... 48 games played this season and scored 33 goals with 12 assists. Phenomenal numbers. And for many people, despite their ownership model, now they have got rid of their over-hyped prima donna's, they have become a likeable and exciting team with lots of good young talent.

I do love Inter though. Like most of their sides down the years they have a concrete foundation built on hard work with some skill and flair provided by Thuram and Martinez. They did a proper job on Barca so are well capable of beating PSG.

Will be tight and probably will be decided by a mistake or a bad decision. But nonetheless its a CL final I am looking forward to more than most in the last ten years.

Luis Enriques back story about losing his daughter has had me cheering them on all season, it would be a fitting tribute to her if PSG won.

it might have been fine - but they won't risk it.
PSG kit has blue/white on it, so does the Inter away kit.

i'm not sure why its a big deal.

PSG’s kit is predominantly blue with a red stripe up the middle with thin white stripes on the edge of the red
Inters all white kit would be fine as a contrast
Guess they haven’t sold many of that Dortmund knock off that is their 3rd kit

I'll probably watch it as it will likely be a good watch, but couldn't care less who wins, why would I? But for PSG they really could do with getting this monkey off their back.

PSG playing excellent football. I expect them to play better and hope they win. I really like Luis Enrique's footballing philosophy.

What gay shit was that about football kits?

I can't be bothered with the club thing, especially if it's not free on my tv.
