It’s June
Unless it’s a tournament like next summer the season should be over & players (& fans) on a break
Believe there is even a friendly next week FFS then this pointless World Club Championship

Personally I’d cut out all friendlies apart from in a 3 week period before tournaments & combine qualification for European teams to qualify you for the World Cup & the next Euros

Pass.
Lost all interest myself compared to how I use to be in to following England. Should never have been appointed. Not that the performances and results at all surprise me either with this overhyped clown.

Struggling to convincingly beat 173rd ranked Andorra 1-0, 138th Latvia and 66th ranked Albania for cսnt's sake! 🤣🤣

The clueless wanker wonders why we played like absolute rotting cսnt, yet starts the likes of Hernderson at the heart of the Team. Ummmmm 🤪

As for Madueke... Get to fuck he chose him over the outstanding form of Bowen!

Actually I was glad to see Tuchel say it wasn’t good enough and he’d be having it out with the players about it. Southgate would have just defended the performance. Ruthlessness is needed at the sharp end. Don’t care if you’re Harry Kane or Jude Bellingham. You shouldn’t be an automatic pick.

Every affiliated FA are invited to the World Cup on a completely fair and equal footing. So many FAs accept the invitation that there has to be a qualifying process to whittle the numbers down. Geographic areas are already established so the member nations of each player each other in groups drawn fairly for a chance to play on the big stage once every four years.

If you think that FIFA should stop giving everyone a chance on the basis that some teams aren't as good as others then you're a moron. Norway's result shows that nothing is a foregone conclusion, presumably in your fantasy world England will always have an automatic place in the World Cup without the need to qualify in games you don't enjoy watching, but remember that on more than one occasion, we have failed to qualify.

So just don't watch it if you don't like it but don't be so entitled as to say that the matches shouldn't even be played.

Fully agree with this. Andorra have every right to play us and while they almost certainly don’t stand a chance, it’s a huge deal for their country anc their players to be hosting top countries like England, Spain, Germany, France, Italy etc.
it’s good for their economy, their FA and football as a game for everyone.
I don't disagree or advocating that these minnow nations shouldn't compete in the WC, but they really need to have some kind of qualifying for them, other Cups do this, even the FA Cup the big clubs don't join in until the 3rd round.

They go on about fixture congestion and the like, surely this in a small way would ease that, rather than ALL these minnows spread through the groups, only 1 or 2 of them get to be involved, the ones that have shown some fight and got through a qualifying tournament.
Trouble is if you take these big games away from the small countries it’s like taking away big FA cup ties from lower/non league clubs. This is how they make their money to exist and try to develop and improve. The wealth needs to be spread for the good of the game. This is countries like England giving back.

I really don’t see the problem with it at all. It’s a bigger problem when all the billy big bollocks England players turn up thinking they don’t have to put any effort in to come away with the win and that they can just sit on a 1-0. That attitude is going to see them sink without trace at the business end of the World Cup. You can bet your arse the Spanish French and German players don’t have an attitude like that and that is why they are serial winners. Too many players don’t have to work for their place in the England team and it shows.

Absolute pointless game of football, anyone who pays good money to watch this shit needs to have a word with themselves. 🤷‍♂️ Even if it is WC qualifying.

FIFA really need to  make it interesting or at least "competitive" for the supporters, fuck this shit

England don't even have the excuse that Andorra 'parked the bus'. They pressed quite high and tried to attack quite a bit.

Jarrod should be laughing his tits off.

Would have been better to start more non guaranteed players. The ones who know they are going to the tournament were on autopilot. It didn’t give the hungry ones a chance to impress. Gibbs White could have got a lot more minutes. Gordon and Eze could have started. They suffered because others were going through the motions. Too many players who are playing to make themselves look good as well rather than being team first.

Obviously biased towards Bowen but surely any professional football manager would see that Madueke is many levels below Bowen. Absolutely fucking ridiculous for him to be selected.

Great back pass from Madueke there, was easier to score into the open net rather than tamely side foot it back to their keeper. What does Tuchel see in him?

It’s stroll in the park stuff. No real urgency and a team intent on just sitting back. I would actually like to see England under Tuchel play a team that wants to attack and play some football.

I see that Madueke is tearing up the place again, and by 'tearing up' I mean playing a like an absolute cսnt who can't even do the basics.

I can't for the life of me see the point in playing Madueke. A winger that has no idea of how to put a cross in. Sure he can beat a part time full back but tge end product is woeful. And WTF is Dan Burn and Henderson doing playing for England?

Well that half showed why Southgate had to go for this tactical genius of a German, think we’ll soon be made favourites for the whole thing next summer.

Nope, it's the German Potter. 😂

Still, it's good to see his pet favourite Madueke shoehorned in to the side as the likes of the impressive Eze and Gordon kicked their heels on the Bench.
