I posted before you, you cսnt, and I was stating a fact. You're only offended because of his skin colour. If it was a Keith Hackett death thread, you wouldn't have said a word
And there you have it. If you want to know why all the decent posters on a once busy forum have pissed off, leaving just the dregs in a ghost town of a forum, I give you example A.

Not once did I even hint at the colour of his skin. Uriah didn't either, just got on and did a professional job. Like all refs, he was on a hiding to nothing because any little mistake or decision is going to rile up the fans of the team it went against. You coming in this thread to use the man's death to make unfounded, personal attacks on people paying tribute only underlines what a complete skid mark and embarrassment you are and nothing more.

Re: Uriah Rennie,
Was he any worse than Graham (Hey Jimmy Floyd, let me be a part of your free kick routine) Poll?
Or Graham (instead of a red card, let me give you another yellow card) Poll?
Or Mike (the game of football is all about me, so don't give me that look or you will be carded ) Dean?
Or Howard ( I just saw De Jong kung Fu kick Xabi Alonso in the chest, so I will only give you a yellow) Webb?
RIP Uriah Rennie

Re: Uriah Rennie,
Wouldn’t be a hypocrite and say he was a great ref …. Think it was one of the home playoff semi finals against Ipswich where we drew & then won away when he was memorably poor.
But he was a pioneer (have there been many black refs since) & would have taken a lot of shit to get where he did
Was reading he was a magistrate, had an MBA & was appointed Chancellor of Sheffield Hallam University
RIP

Re: Uriah Rennie,
I actually didn't mind old Rennie. Can think of a hell of a lot worse Refs than him down the years. Didn't make it all about himself either. Clattenburg, Dean and Poll he most definitely wasn't. RIP
Also he was a good example of 'DEI' that works based just on merit and not because of the colour of his skin. We never made a song and dance like nowadays to prove there's such a problem. That's not convenient for their divisive logic though.

Re: Uriah Rennie,
R.I.P. A great ref and and great man. One of the few who didn't get intimidated when Roy Keane tried to throw his weight around.
Oh, and fuck off you cunts on this thread, disrespecting him.

Anyway, as said, sad for this who knew him. Awful ref but will be known as a trailblazer. Doubt he made the grade if he was a white bloke called John Smith, but a good legacy nevertheless.
