Re: Potter Out
Don't see it myself. He was flavour of the month for a while last season when they went on a fantastic run of mid-season form, but they only won 4 of the last 15 games, not much better than Potter. And like you say, their mid table stability might be more down to their efforts in the transfer market than the manager.
The thing is that we shouldn't be thinking just about who the next manager might be, but the one after him. Even a manager who performs reasonably well usually only gets 2-3 years in charge so the club needs to have an identity and a style that they can continue and persevere with under successive managers.
I'm sure that most of us would love it if we actually adopted what we already see as the club's true identity: nurturing young players through the academy and playing attractive attacking football. Ideally we ought to have a ongoing list of managerial targets who we believe would adhere to this philosophy, not just randomly picking who's currently available or the latest flavour of the month.

Re: Potter Out
Potter will be gone soon enough if the central midfield is not properly rebuilt with 2 athletic, pacy, strong players coming in.
But who is doing the hiring of the manager? It will 100% be someone unemployed yet again but this time be a Sullivan pick via an agent as he will point to Brady messing up with recommending Potter.
The guy to get is the Iraeola at Bournemouth but that wont happen. Although would he fail too with Sullivan being DOF since Bournemouth like Brighton and EVERY other top flight club use professional, DOFs
Nothing improves under Sullivan.

Win, or more likely lose/draw it's going to be more tepid, unwatchable, pass among the center halves 600 times in our own final 3rd, crab ball shite.
How long until we can fuck him off?

Re: Potter Out
Potter would love to hear he has a well paid cushy job for life as long as BS are still crawling around the Club. Nope, if it means bringing in an equally useless yes man shit cսnt then so be it.
Who knows, they might just get jammy and end up with a cheap alternative who can polish a turd and get it playing entertaining Football, however slim those odds may well be.

Problem with that is that it would be Sullivan and Brady that would be doing the booting. If anyone can be relied on to find a more useless, undesirable, underwhelming replacement it is those two.

Re: Potter Out
Bang average manager with a poor record of achievement. One period of 4 months without a goal, another period of 4 months without a home win at Brighton. Rabbit in the headlights at Chelsea.
Sadly, an ideal manager for us under current ownership. Following in a long line of dull, safety first, anti-football insults in the relentless pursuit of delivering a "World Class Team" (K. Brady).
I see no point in driving this berk out, however, whilst Sullivan and Brady will be doing the sacking and the hiring of the next cheap, useless twat.
With a change of ownership, however, his feet shouldn't touch.

Re: Potter Out
Don't even think it would matter who we appointed as manager in the current supposed situation. They'd have to be a fucking magician to get a functional squad assembled.

Michail Antonio had hoped to earn a place on the bench in West Ham’s final game of the season against Ipswich Town but head coach Graham Potter opted against naming him in the squad... • The Athletic

Brady is a big fan of his, mind you Potter is her pick also so I'm not sure Sullivan would be too keen to listen to her again if that does happen.
If it does happen feet will think he's the greatest manager ever and call everyone a cսnt who disagrees... Until he starts slaughtering him himself

World class, in the modern sense, sure. But as a ground with character and atmosphere, it's shit and full of cunts.

Should we start a Spurs thread? Save you cunts from constantly going on about them on every thread.
Re: Potter Out
A bit like our situation, the biggest decision is not to get rid, it's who they bring in.
Unlike our situation though, Spurs aren't just shopping in the free-transfer market and are more likely to make a better decision... sadly.

Re: Potter Out
22 league losses in a season is hard to come back from
20 for Moyes was ok but 22? Oi vey!
Levy obviously not fooled by that appalling Europa League final performance
Expect he will be in another job soon enough
Maybe in Europe or the Championship
