Josh Tonge is the bunny killer and that is a useful skill to have.
When Adil Rashid still played county cricket for Yorkshire he was know as The Broom for exactly the same thing.

Great win by England in a proper Test. Decided late on Day 5 after lots of ebbs & flows, it’s why it’s the greatest format

I know bowlers are meant to bowl but India lost 6/24 & 6/31 at the back end of both innings. Catastrophic & cost them at least the draw

2nd Test starts tomorrow week Wed July 2 at Edgbaston

Bringing Archer back after one county game could be a mistake if he breaks down. We had a much better bowling attack last time we won in Aus 2010/11

Why is it when I see the 20/20 matches in India they are absolutely full to capacity but whenever I see a test match in progress its nearly empty for all five days, yet we are told what a cricket loving nation they are ?

England cruising to victory but Northern rain has appeared
Defeat here would be India’s 7th in their last 9 Test matches

Two ties in the history of Test cricket
Australia v West Indies at Brisbane 1960
India v Australia at Madras 1986

Joe Solomon threw down the stumps from side on for the first in a CLASSIC series featuring the likes of Benaud & Sobers

In the second in hot & humid conditions Dean Jones made 210 & almost died
Greg Matthews took 10 wickets including the last lbw while bowling wearing a jumper

Cheers, Eerie son 👍
Have always equated a draw and tie to be the same thing, although can see the difference between the two.

Just read this on the ever reliable Beeb:

'It sets up the prospect of a grandstand finale on Tuesday with all four results possible.'

Honest question, but what could the fourth result possibly be?

350 target on the final day.
England of old would've been happy to navigate the final day for a draw.
Not too sure that's what they'll be thinking tonight. Games in the balance, although possibly favouring India at the moment.
Set up for a cracking days play tomorrow, weather permitting.
An absolute cսnt that I'll be working.
