Re: Sycamore Gap tree
One thing I do know is that they will get tougher sentences than proven Muslim rapists.

Was she a WPC, They-son?
Are you able share any of the circumstances with that incident, or are you just getting the excuses in early for when this does happen?

Re: Sycamore Gap tree
"Daniel Graham had convictions for violence and battery between 2007 and 2016 and for Public Order Act offences between 2021 and 2022.
The court heard those related to relationships he was in and he did not get any prison sentences."
There you go - violence against women, in this country is, by law, a much less serious offence than cutting down an invasive tree.

Re: Sycamore Gap tree
Seems harsh for cutting down a tree, granted it wasn't just any old tree! and more fool them for pleading not guilty
Assuming its a couple of local lads, so the progressives won't be up in arms at the sentencing, they will assume its 2 right wing thugs off the streets.
Is turning into a test for British justice though, if the Manchester Airport incident doesn't see similar if not heavier sentences, then the UK really does have a 2-tiered justice system, and if so God help anyone who criticizes light sentencing of the Manchester perpetrators on the internet

But it'll be interesting in the next couple of weeks to see if felling a tree, or viciously beating up a WPC, gets you a longer prison sentence.
small point, if they had pleaded guilty, they would've got half that... be interesting to see the sentencing in the MA case 'if' they get found guilty (they haven't pulled the 'race/religious' card yet).

Re: Sycamore Gap tree
4 years?
Probably means inciting people to burn down hotels to murder those inside should be 5 years at least.

The Airport attackers will get shorter suspended sentances at most.

Re: Sycamore Gap tree
Same with the Manchester Airport attackers also pleading not guilty despite there being CCTV footage of them resisting arrest and then assaulting Police officers.

Re: Sycamore Gap tree
What a pair of thick cunts. Pleaded not guilty but one of them had filmed it on his phone. Should have got longer for stupidity.

Re: Sycamore Gap tree
3 the Gap Tree 2.
There is unrest in the forestTrouble with the treesFor the maples want more sunlightAnd the oaks ignore their pleas
The trouble with the maples(And they're quite convinced they're right)They say the oaks are just too loftyAnd they grab up all the lightBut the oaks can't help their feelingsIf they like the way they're madeAnd they wonder why the maplesCan't be happy in their shade
There is trouble in the forestAnd the creatures all have fledAs the maples scream, "Oppression"And the oaks just shake their heads
So the maples formed a unionAnd demanded equal rightsThey say, "The oaks are just too greedyWe will make them give us light"
Now there's no more oak oppressionFor they passed a noble lawAnd the trees are all kept equalBy hatchet, axe, and saw

Re: Sycamore Gap tree
How have they reached that value for the tree, which was planted for free long before you could buy a seed in a shop with a receipt?
Sullivan must have valued it, using the same criteria he did for a football club with no stadium.
