Haven't seen anything about it but saw there is a Supergirl in  it, so nailed on she saves Superman...

SPOILER: apparently it's Louis Lane who saves him, flying a spaceship.  That's how shit it sounds.  That review from Mike Francesa says it's 2 hours of Superman being beaten up.

Don't you just hate it when they bring modern politics into films?

Just because Superman's an illegal immigrant they make out that the born and bred American Lois Lane is more of a hero than him. Proper MAGA shit right there, innit?

Watched Go With Me (Blackway in the US) Anthony Hopkins and Julia Styles with Ray Liota, not a bad watch as it goes. 

I like Julia Styles and Ray RIP so I might check that out. 

I actually watched it last night. Was OK 6.5/10.

Watched Gladiator 2 last night and it's the perfect example for leaving classics well alone.  Not sure what Ridley Scott was thinking!  Think I'll steer clear of the new Superman as well.

Watched "Honest Thief" a Liam Neeson action flick couple of nights bacik on Netflix. Pretty decent to be fair, not as good as Taken but better than some of his others.

Quite enjoyed Ballerina a spin off from the John Wick universe but then I adore Ana de Armas.

Watched Heads of State last night. A good shoot'um romp. Priyanka Chopra is easy on the eye.

In no way am I suggesting this but I stumbled across an old Stallone film, "Cobra" from the 80's on ITV.  It's ok, not one of his best but I thought something was familiar and realised that it co-starred Reni Santoni as a cop who also played Harry Callaghan's partner in Dirty Harry and Andrew Robinson as a Detective.  Robinson played Scorpio, the serial killer in Dirty Harry.  A bit of totally useless information for you all.

Loved Robinson in Dirty Harry especially the scene when the black dude beat him up for free,the screen's great villians.

Gave it a watch yesterday, when they all started coming out the field I said to the missus I thought it was gonna be a Hot Fuzz scenario...

Watched The Amateur on Sunday. I highly recomend it. Sort of in the Taken/Revenge genre but one of the better ones.

Reminded me of Dusk till dawn meets Crossroads(the blues story not the soap opera) , thoroughly enjoyed it, wife was not expecting the sudden change from a 30s gangster movie.

Anyone seen In Bruges with Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleason?  A mate suggested it and watched it last night.  Totally different, a brilliant film.

Yeah a bit of  classic. Racist dwarf..lol
