Tragic Diouf v Scarles
Had a perfectly good academy kid ready to go and Cock Piss drops 20m on a left back we didn't need when cash is scarce.
Unless there's a massive improvement on that performance expect Scarles to start the season.

Potter. He channelled his inner Partridge in the presser after the Fullkrug rant.
Cock Piss Partridge, Cock Piss Potter.
Cock Piss Partridge, Cock Piss Potter.

Lovely cross to be fair.
Only saw the 2nd half but we treated the left side like it was radiioactive. There's a reason for that.

Re: Tragic Diouf v Scarles
I am sure Diouf will be a good player, but I do wonder the motives for the transfer.
It's not a position we are desperately short in, so why spend the only cash we appear to have, bringing in a 3rd LWB?
I'm yet to be convinced that Potter will be good for out academy - and pre-season doesn't count because the youth players often feature in pre-season.

Re: Tragic Diouf v Scarles
A bit early to write him off, especially on two halves of football where our wing backs weren't involved at all.
This sounds like a COYI vendetta against a new signing from the off, not willing to be open minded and to wait and see what happens before totally condemning him.

You're a cսnt.
There's a whole thread about it.
So, perhaps follow your own advice.
Off you trot, there's a good little lad.

Give the bloke a chance FFS. He's played 2 pre season games minutes wise & everyone was raving about him after his first game.
