West Ham reach agreement with Idrissa Gueye, imminent resolution in the case

West Ham United are preparing to strengthen their attacking lineup with the imminent arrival of FC Metz striker Idrissa Gueye. According to sources close to the deal, the London club has reached an agreement in principle with the player regarding the personal terms of his contract.

On the verge of registering the departure of iconic striker Michail Antonio, West Ham have set their sights on Idrissa Gueye. Negotiations between West Ham and FC Metz are now reportedly in the final stages, with the two clubs finalizing the final details of the transfer. The amount of the deal has not yet been officially announced while Foot Mercato reported that Metz are asking €15m for Gueye..

It is clear that the Hammers want to act quickly to integrate the Senegalese striker into the squad before the start of the Premier League.
