Soucek not even mentioned, our biggest threat in front of the oppositions goal and 1 of our better Midfielders out of all of them at defending our own box!

That midfield is getting done by every team in This league.   Expect plenty of side ways passing from the back 3 and the 2 cms today.   Surely Potts did enough pre season to get in over that dud 

 

 

Yeah agreed, although Potts is quite excitable and prone to a late challenge... so perhaps a judicious choice for his first game, in what will be quite a highly charged atmosphere. Maybe he's planning to bring him on for the worst world cup winner ever after 60 mins or so when the game has slowed down

I'd love us to shut those northern monkeys up with a Bowen strike in the first five mins of their Prem campaign but you know Mr Cardboard is going to make us sit deep and defend and try to soak it up. We are out paced in the middle of the park because the idiot hasn't addressed the issues and we have very little up top because Fullkrug is like a shit German lamppost. I can only see a 1-1 at best but likely a loss. If they get an early goal it could easily be 3-0 to them.

I don't know how anyone can have any confidence going into this one, I think it just demonstrates lack of ability to process information correctly if I'm honest.
