This is a piss poor West Ham side.

We’ve stayed up with worse, but we’ve been relegated with better.

As a group, they need to find something - quickly - that binds them and makes them more than the sum of their parts. Because their parts are shit.

Fullkrug was utter shite today.

German international centre forward has to do better than that against a bang average lump of meat at the heart of their defence.

I’m sorry, but the guy needs to stop talking, and being a media-friendly “man o’ fans”, and start imposing himself on shite Premier League sides. Which is what we bought him for.

You don’t come across from Dortmund to be completely dominated by Sunderland’s centre backs. Do better.

That was a really demoralising defeat to a team who probably won’t win many matches. We were flat but in no real bother at half time but all the things we’ve wittered on endlessly about on here were painfully apparent- slow midfield passing sideways etc etc. I’ve seen some miserable losses in my time but this one feels like the start of a tailspin we won’t get out of. The players and Potter came over to clap those of us still there at the end for what felt like an age. They looked pathetic. I felt embarrassed for them more than angry.

At least the keeper got this one bad performance out of the way because the 3rd goal was truly awful, and i'm not sure he covered himself in glory for the 1st where he completely misjudged the bounce and speed of the ball.

Yesterday I predicted that cock piss Potter would soon be having a meltdown. Little did I know that the meltdown would be sooner than anticipated and produced by the kraut - allegedly.

For me Fullkreg is a decent reserve striker but can’t see he would get in any other decent prem 1st team line up..

Centre mid is a complete disaster area…and we always look like conceding goals..

To be bringing on Callum Wilson to try and get us back in the game is a joke tbh and again no other prem team would have touched him..

God help us against Chelsea

You could replace Potter with Guardiola but it would make zero difference as long as JWP & Rodriguez are still there.

We need legs in midfield or play Potts and Soucek.

Get rid of Kilman as well.

Nope. To his credit this week he managed to fool everyone, including the Team by going for Rodriguez and Hermansen who only rocked up to sign last weekend out the blue.

Potter is a coward, that much we already knew. But this all falls on Sullivan who is the charlatan above them all. An absolute scourge on this football club and I wish him nothing but pain.

Created the best chance we had all day. Also played a brilliant dummy to put Bowen through if only he had been paying attention. Shite seems a bit harsh.

Goose, the scoreline maybe a surprise but losing was not a surprise to many.  Its obvious to everyone but our owner.  Potter trying to play champagne plfootball, Pepball, tika taka using flat, urine tasting pommagne.

We will know if we are down in 2 weeks time because relegation will likely happen if we do not address central midfield and possibly even CB.

For that CB area, for me and assuming we dont strengthen, Mavro gets the nod ahead of Kilman.  He has his problems but is good aerially and quicker than Kilman who gets picked Im guessing because of his price tag not his ability or performances.

How many characters do we have in the dressing room and on the grass these days ?

How many actually get West Ham ?

Where are the solid citizens who give a fuck ?

I'm talking about senior players here

Bowen and Soucek definitely, possibly JWP and then im struggling

The German according to plenty on here may care a bit too much

We've lost Cresswell Coufal and Fab and even Fornals got it with Dawson and Rice too in recent years.

Proper chaps and a void to fill in terms of character

A lot of this lot now aren't worth a wank imo.

This also applies to the backroom staff

Nolan Dicks Potts and co were appointed for a reason

Not least to sort out or prevent the shit that supposedly happened today

THUNDERCLINT wrote: 16 Aug 2025, 18:29 Details are sketchy but it seems Police were  called by Potter as someone , I'm told Fullkrug but can't confirm, started to dismantle the dressing room. Potter WOULDN'T go in, left Bowen and Noble alone to do it and called dibble.

If this is true (which I'm highly sceptical off ) then surely Potters toast

Grassing on your own players to the old bill ?

Kevin Nolan might of been handy in this situation

True, and considering we've had him, Stuart Pearce and Julian Dicks all hanging off the manager in recent years, Potter has put that nerd McKaulay there, what use is he? Or the sidesweep Noble begging players to calm down in case Sugar Daddy Dave hears about it, we've got a bunch of melts pretending to be bosses of real fellas like Fullkrug.

Make the Kraut the player manager right now.
I'm dubious but if Fullkrug did go full on Franco Begbie then that is fucking hysterical...the end of empires tend to always get very surreal 😱
