Fullkrug Niclas Füllkrug Subbed

Post iphammer »

I guess he's had a bust-up with Potter at half-time. If not, why was he subbed for Wilson?

i told people that his ego is through the roof. I’ve seen it before with these guys. He thinks he’s some amazing tactician that if only people realised his brilliance he’d be managing Barca or something.

This guy has no right to have any kind of ego at all given the last 8 months.

So what happened when I called it out at the time he was doing all the Media Circuit for 18 long months (I wonder why..) was him believing his own hype. And all the pundits and presenters alike lapped it right up thinking they had some coup star pundit sign-up having just left a Club like Chelsea educating them all on how to play the fucking game.

It also didn't help that he was a Corporate wet dream with his super woke attitude that made it all look like a polished turd. But a massive huge stinking turd rolled in glitter he most definitely was.

Who remembers that cringey High Performance interview of his "learning" from all his past failures and vast experience at managing in the Swedish Leagues.. 😵

The longer he was out of work, the more magnificent he apparently became.

And the biggest con-trick of all pulled by Potter and his Agent was convincing us to give him a lucrative long 2 and a half year contract for rewarding his past huge failure at Chelsea. A place where he also won a big fuck off contract based on next to nothing but talking a brilliant game and having a soppy makeover thinking he was the man from Milktray! When in reality he's about as good at management as a milkman.

He should have gone front 3 with Wilson, fullkrug and Bowen.
and just went direct with balls into the channels.
You have paqueta who can ping balls over defences and Bowen who can run on behind.

it’s all the fucking manager. There are some obvious tweaks to get results and he insists on this method. The other day he said he believes in his way of doing things so he’s just doubling down on it.

i told people that his ego is through the roof. I’ve seen it before with these guys. He thinks he’s some amazing tactician that if only people realised his brilliance he’d be managing Barca or something.

At least BFS had results to back him up even if I hated this football. Even Moyes did at some stage. This guy has no right to have any kind of ego at all given the last 8 months.

Who took our team talk in the circle before kick off?
Who scored a goal, just disallowed for an offside?
Did Wilson have a shot on target?

Pointless discussion who's best, both are meaningless transfers
I'm not saying who is best, I didn't want Wilson either, over the hill and injury prone.  Yes, I saw him take the team talk, then proceeded to stand up front waving for others to press whilst he stood there allowing their centre backs to pass it about.  Lead by example, chase down, put a foot in, run about a bit, but he spent more time on the floor that on his feet.  Not knocking him on his own, most of them aren't good enough, but what I meant is as much as he talks a good game and may well be a good pro, he isn't what we need.

Those wages will be such a drain on what we can do in the future, he'll be 35 on £100k+ a week by the time it's up. 😱
Yup just like Kilman. Although NO chance of selling HIM.

only trouble is if we do sell him, do you have any faith in anyone other than Antonio arriving? IF we can get someone better then fine. If we can’t then we are just shooting ourselves in the foot even more.

What I would have done this Summer was sell Fullkrug early doors for about £10M-£15M, put Bowen up top until we found a new young prolific Striker (might have to wait till the winter window if not this one) and actually give Marshall a proper chance now to prove himself after looking good in Pre-Season. Then kept Kudus and finally played him in his best position. Selling Kudus was mindless for just £55M. 🤣

Fancy selling 1 of your best players and weakening your Squad intentionally.

This Clown HATES working with Youth players because he's a bottle job. Potts, Scarles, Marshall, FUCKING PLAY THEM. There's your youthfulness and legs in the Team we are all crying out for.

Still was far too risky paying big money at his age and troubling medical history. Was like a ticking time bomb waiting to go off and the exploding injuries kept happening in just his 1st season with us, but wasn't 1 bit surprised. Paying what we did for him and giving him a lucrative 4 years contract was asking for trouble and we certainly got it.

1 goal in his last 11 appearances, hauled off at Half Time says it all. This is the Premier League, not the Bundesliga anymore. I'd go all out to sell him with days remaining in this window if I had the chance. Get fucking rid West Ham!

cսnt even loves having regular tear-ups in the dressing room and mouthing off on Telly about how shit everything is. cսnt, LOOK IN THE MIRROR YOU GERMAN MESS. 🪞 He's as toothless up front as his gurning grin.
I’m not disagreeing it was a bad signing all round. I think it wouldn’t be bad if he left seen as we might get 5-10 million for him if we were lucky and I reckon he wants away as well but then we KNOW no replacement who would be any better is coming in. We’ll have Callum fucking Wilson as our main striker.

But I can see why the bloke is angry he came of a champions league final to THIS.

I fucking don't. Was always a spent Carthorse at 31yo who should never have been bought for big money (and big wages on a long 4 year contract) by his old pal Steidten (who sold him a pup) having worked together at Werder Bremen when he was young at his age and dubious injury record.

Borussia Dortmund couldn't believe their luck doubling their money on the waster at his age!

I predicted he'd get injured last summer when we bought him and lo and behold he has 2 lengthy injuries during the season taking an age to get fit.

Steidten had littered our Squad with expensive duds blowing a fortune and Fullkunt was symbolic of all that waste.

I also banged on at the end of the season that now he's back fit again, we should sell him instantly and cut our losses before we lose anymore on him.

I feel bad for the geezer tbh. Was sold a lie like all of us- and no doubt some of the other players and the managers- and his last chance of going to a World Cup is going to go up in smoke being here all season. At least he seems to care and have some professional pride unlike several.

Just 1 goal and 1 assist in his last 11 consecutive League appearances now. He spent more time on the floor complaining like he normally does than he did chasing after the ball effecting play.

Decent? It was a mad scramble game of ping pong before it kindly landed at his feet to leather from 8 yards. Was harder to fuck it up.

He was an impact sub at Dortmund who did well for about 18 months. Hardly prolific though.
