I personally think Levy is a creep /crook and given spurs massive revenew streams he hasn't achieve a great deal  In the last fews  years apart from their recent cup success. However. I have to say this time round he's appointed a very good manager in Frank. Of  course good managers are normally signed up and compo is paid for their release and spurs paid it.
