Weekend football

Post Mad Ferret »

Impressive start by Sp*rs at Citeh. Two good sides going at it.

Does feel a bit like ‘here’s what you could’ve won’ with Kudus. Looks a completely different player.

Arsenal look very ordinary, early days though.

Their centre forward looks shit.

Ive just arrived at Grosvenor vale for the big televised tea time clash

Stones v Carlisle

There is a centre half  plays down here called Jack Cook that on current form would probably get a game down at the bowl and not do any worse.rhan Kilman.

Scored a cracker last week and holds down a full time job.

I dunno, reached a CL final, been in that comp quite a few times.  Built the best football stadium in Europe as well and then a Europa league. Probably made more money selling players than most clubs. And had the balls the sack a manager who won something to get someone better.

Might be a dodgy guy but at least he’s 100% for his club unlike
our guy who uses it as sweet jar for him and his mates..

Winning CL Football helps
Being run like a proper club instead Arkwright's corner shop and making quality signings helps

Success is not in our DNA. We cant handle it or build on it, not with our stewardship.

They simply wouldn’t stand for Sullivan.

That’s the difference.
Ferret is right, there would have been riots at white shit lane if the club had Sullivan. West Ham can't seem to stop taking it from behind.
Nah. They’ve got nowhere removing someone they claim is the worst for Fuckjng years.

Not sure, we seem to rise when we play them.
True enough but can you honestly see Potter and his “game plan” with this bunch we have doing that this time around?

Love to be wrong but on the 2 games so far we would struggle in the championship let alone against (I hate to say it) a very good Spurs side😭

Expect Spurs can’t wait to play us, 3 points looks all but guaranteed, could maybe rest a few and still put us to the sword.
