Summer Transfer Window 2025 | Official Thread

Post stubbo-admin »

May as well get going with this since with Sullivan at the helm, season ticket renewals slow, and the football vacuum to commence, this will soon be all the "news" there is.

Apparently Sullivan is desperate to get a deal done for Paqueta who has not asked for a move. Been a big wage bill reduction exercise this Summer. He's looking at Vieira to replace Paqueta....150k off the bill, 50k on...saves 100k per week.

Fucking Sullivan.

I'm hearing £50 million for Paq.  I wouldn't sniff at that.  For every moment of brilliance he delivers there are half a dozen instances of crapness.

What case do we have against the FA? They investigated the claims, as they're meant to. If you're talking about the time it took, well they had to wait until the Brazilian FA did their trial first and then once that finished it was Paqueta's lawyers that asked for 3-6 months delay whilst they got their defence ready. If you mean the time it took to release the verdict, well that was at least 6 weeks ago, so we've had plenty of time if we wanted to sell him to get the price up.

Supppsedly interested in Charlie Cresswell of Toulouse
They are playing PSG tonight

Fine Aguerd 2 weeks wages & get the rat out
Might mean a back 4 tomorrow… with Chris Wood might actually be one game Mavropanos is suited for and we need full backs to deal with their wide players

But the culture and togetherness has never been better with stability back at the Club again thanks to Partridge, according to himself. 🤷‍♂️

*Looks directly at Paqueta/Aguerd as the latest to act up*

How does that work? Does he kick the dressing room bench a couple of times before taking off his tool belt and placing a pot of nails down whilst sucking through his teeth shaking his head announcing to everyone "I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to do it today Guv, sorry".
In the terms of an analogy. Mixing the two together. I don’t think that does work.

With Diaz gone don’t think Liverpool will let Elliot go
He will get enough games given how many they will play
We are on track for a 40 game season in contrast

Monday will all be about Isak to Liverpool
We should be looking at another midfielder & at least one each of centre half & striker
Dont go to bed
