How long before our first point/s?
I suppose we could nick a point at Wolves but after that where the fuck do the points come from? Maybe Burnley in the 2nd week of November. We could be looking at one of the worst ever starts to a season, by any club.

Re: How long before our first point/s?
If Wilson wasn't susceptible to injury (isn't he 34?) he'd still be at Newcastle.
He's a very clever player (someone most of us swore the place down about us signing and it's taken two substitute appearances to completely turn us around) but I wouldn't give him a full game for a month or two if of course he doesn't explode.
I'd hate to see him turn out like so many of our strikers over the years, in the treatment room to the point where lots of us forget we ever signed him.
Our dreaded nemesis Callum Wilson getting his 100 league goals while actually playing for us? It would be SO West Ham, especially as it feels like 50 of those goals have been against us!

Re: How long before our first point/s?
I dont want to sound negative but the question now is, did we get lucky today or does that team, formation, tactics etc, pick up more points going forward?
We obviously have Magassa to come in, Summerville maybe earning a start off the back of this performance but the big thing for me is will he see look at this today and see that A) as hard as it is to say this, Callum Wilson looks by far the striker most likely to score and actually, looks the best striker we have at the club right now - does he start? B) we probably still need to move on from JWP and Soucek as being regular starters.
It'll be a big game against Spurs.

Re: How long before our first point/s?
This club has a habit of making its fans look as though they know fuck all about football!!
Re: How long before our first point/s?
We wont even be beating Burnley playing as we are and with the squad we currently have. Suspect Sullivan “getting stuck in” means we’ll come up short in the transfer window ( only 5 days left).
Csn things get any worse? You bet.

Re: How long before our first point/s?
I started a thread in June or July and I predicted relegation. It’s difficult to see otherwise with the state of the club and how badly it’s run.

Re: How long before our first point/s?
It could be against Brentford under a new manager on the 20th Oct.
Gold used to always say no Premier League manager can survive losing 6 games in a row, and Everton would be the 6th game of the season.
We then play Arsenal (0-5) and then have the international break. Perfect timing for a new manager.

This will empower him and the board who don’t want to make a decision. Causing more damage as we get dribs and drabs of points until Xmas when we are either in just touching the bottom three which will completely fuck us as we will have another shit window getting journeymen and out of work managers to rescue us yet again. The same tired cycle.
he’s had 8 months. It’s enough. The only time being spent by the club now is getting a new manager lined up and just letting him go before this whole thing completely destroys this and the next season.
I don’t understand why these so called amazing businessmen are so pussy scared when it comes to football business.
It will be very hard to fluke a win with the players, setup and malaise around the club at the moment. What the team itself needs is quality reinforcements and a manager who can galvanise players.

Re: How long before our first point/s?
Burnley game at best. We are on course to beat Derby’s recird breaking points haul. We lack a midfield but moreover we have a team of timid characters. No fight, nastiness thats needed. They all look sorry for themselves. Even AWB has to shite ( HOTY curse )

Re: How long before our first point/s?
All i want is to be interested and excited by west ham.
If we had no points by christmas, and cock piss still in charge. It wouldnt be the end of the world, i love a bit of chaos in this bland world.

Re: How long before our first point/s?
I reckon somehow even with this pathetic twat in charge we will stay up just, but it'll be down to 2 things. Bowen staying injury free and having 3 worse Teams than us in the League.
It's been what's saved the Club so many times already and reckon they'll just get away with it again even under this sorry loser.

Re: How long before our first point/s?
I predict null points from the next 5 PL games. That will leave us 7pl 0pts and -25 Gd .
We are in hopeless situation and think it’s already too late with even a quick managerial change and new players to gel. In addition there isn’t 3 teams worse than us this season.
We are going down.
