Tyler Robinson killed Kirk because he wasn’t right wing enough

I see the effects of division and where it will lead
Unfortunately the President of the United States doesn’t care about driving unity in the nation
That is an extremely dangerous position
How would you know this?

I mean its a possibility but even in the World of stupidity this would be stupid beyond even your imagination.

Perhaps Trump has decided that the most effective way to "clean the swamp" is a civil war where the extremists cut each others' numbers down to a more manageable size.

Neither a pleasant or, in my opinion, a civilised stance, but he clearly knows more about his country than do you or I.

There are faults on both sides.
With problems on the right egged on by the Orange Fascist who is in the position of PRESIDENT of the entire nation and all the people

The harmless Kirk?
The man who questioned the brain power of black people to understand his arguments, questioned their competence to perform ANY role
Whipping up prejudice & hatred. No?
It’s incredible you keep pretending to be in dismay at division in America, when you use the exact rhetoric the left have been sowing that the antifa nut job used as justification to kill Charlie Kirk.

I see that fat mess Abbott has said that protests outside hotels are “ racist “.

No debate.

This is how the left operate, disagree with them and you are labelled or in Charlie Kirk’s case, shot.

Sky News have had to upgrade their estimates from thousands to "tens of thousands".

It's difficult for the mainstream media to play this down the amount of numbers that are there.

We live in a biological world.
evolutionary game theory is a well established tried and tested theory. I recommend reading up on it.
I'm well aware of it, along with the hawk-dove game, was part of my degree, what was pseudo academic about you mentioning them is it has absolutely no bearing on any of this at all imo, unless you'd like to explain why you think it does?
I’ll give it a go.

Evolutionary game theory is one about populations, growth, survival and offspring and methods employed to achieve payoffs but particularly the payoff of replication.

the West had achieved this very successfully by a combination of religion, science, technology, philosophy and industrialisation from the 19 C. Birth rates and survival in Britain were beyond anything previously known. Access to resources was equally unheard of.

Anyway, jump to the last 50 years and birth rates in the West have plummeted ( interestingly mostly in left leaning populations) while the rest of the World gained all of the benefits we once led in. Most populations are seeing birth rates decline but certain populations are seeing or have seen huge population growth.

What impact does this have on the minds of people around the World? Huge. Access to resources, survival and replication remain critical drivers against the politics of left, right or centre.

The games that are played out all feed into the sense of success or failure of populations. The lad who allegedly committed this crime doesn't seem like a drugged up nutter. He exists in this melting pot of political and religious and cultural warfare.

Who’s winning? Humans in general as we add 80-100 million new humans every year but mostly in Africa and Asia and they want more of what we have.

Evolutionary game theory is a very easy way to explain actions and behaviours. A hawk and a dove have very different methods for survival but they are polarised and its all biological.

Most of us arent generally hawks so we find their behaviour abhorrent. as it may be but they exist and impact the lives of others.

I'm quite enjoying all the videos of foaming toothless hillbilly yanks declaring war on..... well they're not too sure since the alleged perpetrator was also a white hillbilly. But they're angry! Grrrrr. Frightening stuff.

Was reading that the grandmother of Tyler Robinson says the family are hardcore MAGA Trump supporters
Being said that the killer may have been a fan of White nationalist  Nick Fuentes and despised Kirk because he wasn’t right wing enough for his taste

America is in crisis and is a world of hate & extremism

Onebilly, you let yourself down over trying to find equivalence between the deaths of Kirk and Floyd. Apart from the fact that both died there is none.

What was YOUR reaction to the murder of the Democrat politician & her husband or the attack on Nancy Pelosi’s husband?
Or the Jan 6 attack on the Capitol where MAGA thugs wanted to lynch Mike Pence?

Wrong uns on both sides for sure. However, compare the reaction to the killing of a career criminal (Floyd), out of his mind on drugs and the slaying of a man who harmed no one, who travelled the nation debating the youth and doing so in a polite and courteous manner. One side burnt Cities, killed people and destroyed business's causing billions of dollars worth of damage. Then took to the Internet upon hearing of Kirks murder to celebrate wildly. The other side expressed their disgusting and horror. And not a lot else.

Think about this. The white western world was the most dominant population and culture for the last 100 years but the rest of the world now dominates in population and more and more economically.

while we see out selves as has beens the people of the USA still assume they are dominant.

I see government officials had seen the Mandelson emails to his paedo mate but reckon they hadn’t told Starmer who got up the next day at PMQ’s and defended him
I find that impossible to believe and obviously he didn’t sack him pre PMQ’s as he didn’t want to be grilled
His ice is getting thinner and thinner & he must be close to challenge given his pitiful year in office
Putting off the budget til late November means the country is on hold with business not knowing what is coming down the road.

One of the saddest things is that despite the internet having been around (in it's current form) for a generation or more, the extremists on either side still seem to think that killing (off) the originator of an idea, once it is out on the ether, will also kill that idea.

Neither, it seems, is prepared or willing to learn and adapt it's activities to match to it's current environment.

We live in a digital world, not a binary world, and even in a binary world, 2 seems too big a number for some and their views & opinions.

I can’t recall a time where that nation was so divided and each side completely intolerant of opposing points of view
A nation flooded with guns & loud arrogant people with no respect for each other
And each side thinks it’s all the fault of the other side
With a President who has no interest in unifying the country
Expect tit for tat killings and a civil war

Sven.

You think Trump would have learnt from Hilary after she called half of the country a 'basket of deplorables'. And half of the country calling him and his supporters Nazi's and facists for the best part of ten years.  All culminating in a young man getting murdered because someone didnt like his words or thoughts. Sounds like the mind of a facist to me, maybe there are some dots there that could be joined up?
