I don't know what percxentage of the dwarf's millioins is tied up but, tbh, I doubt it would make much of a ripple.  The club's valuation is stupidly high, at least imo, and has shown a huge leap since he bought the gaff.  Ironically it would make selling the club easier because it would be much cheaper for an interested buyer so there could well be more interest.

But we should all be concerned that the way the wind is blowing right now, a fan base up in arms about the stadium and the boardroom management of the club, a manager who seems to have lost the plot, and a team with the collective backbone of a jellyfish, if relegation is what faces us at the end of the season under the present set up in the short term League One is the more likjely destinatioin than a speedy return to the PL.

It all depends on how you look at it. For Brady and Sullivan, and the rest of the useless board, it’s extremely costly to them if we suffer relegation, and on the other hand as a supporter, I’m already planning the aways; Millwall, Charlton, QPR, Birmingham, Bristol City, Swansea, Middlesborough, etc.

The football isn’t the kick and rush many might remember in a division full of talented teams who play the right way. 

The issue is the ground. It’s an eyesore, and it’ll be half empty.’ It’s bad enough Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea taking the piss without Femwall doing the same; though going on their shenanigans at Charlton, physically they won’t be a worry.

Brady’s harebrained idea to rename the club West Ham Olympic might resurface to, for commercial reasons, being that we’ll be skint and the club plays at the home of the London 2012 Olympic Games, because it’s the only time the ground has seen any success and excitement.

Watching us play in the PL has been pretty painful since 2005 except for Bilic's 2016 season. I guess they will close the upper stands in the bowl so the 30K who come can be in close to the pitch. Might be more enjoyable in The Championship than this crap.
