I think he is entitled to his opinion … like JK Rowling , like Jimmy Kimmel
Haven’t followed closely but understood their might have been some direct harassment of an individual which led to his ludicrously over the top arrest

But again … none of those cases involve the PRESIDENT using his power to end people’s careers and business
So the Republicans were against cancel culture unless it’s them from the highest office
Thats hypocrisy isn’t it?
For free speech or against, make your mind up

Trump is ludicrously thin skinned and is using his office to pursue personal vendettas and make money
I would swear that on a Trump Bible ($99.99 from the Trump Grifter website)

You've picked the one person, JK Rowling, who is so rich and her work is so ingrained in popular culture that they can't cancel her, like Ricky Gervais.

How about Graham Linehan?

I see the judge threw out Trumps suit against the NY Times for $15bn although he will be allowed to re -file
Was unaware he’d also sued a couple of media outlets who handed over $15m & $16m to him. Nice bit of blackmail work
Saw a reporter from the Australian ABC asked how much extra wealth he had generated since becoming President … unlike every other President who put their investments into a blind trust while in office he has refused and HIS SONS manage them.
Trump went off on one and told the reporter he was damaging Australia & he’d tell the Australian PM on him
The reporter was then refused accreditation for following press conferences

Thats a bit different to trans types targeting JK Rowling because they don’t like her views. They have the power to make a small dent in her sales but she still publishes & does very nicely thank you
The tv stations via the removal of Colbert & Kimmel are caving to Trump to protect their businesses
So we end up with a government controlled media & any social media criticism of Kirk (mostly quoting his own words) sees JD Vance trying to get you sacked & other conservatives calling for a lifetime social media ban

By the way what did Kimmel say that was lies or tasteless?
Appeared mostly to mock Trump for wandering off to tell us about his ballroom when asked about Kirk
TBH that's true about Rowling and others the loony left have an issue with and seems that many on the right and conservatives aren't comprehending (or perhaps ignoring) the huge difference between the government stomping on free speech versus some mouthy lefty deciding they don't like a person's views.

Trump is actually using political power with his appointed FCC director to try and suppress speech and freedom of the press, that's pretty fucked up, so like him or not these needs calling out and people need voice opposition to it in my opinion, its fucked up and massively hypocritical as well after all the stuff they spouted about freedom of speech etc.

The Jimmy Kimmel situation is obviously absurd and very hypnotical from Trump and MAGA, anyone who cant see that maybe needs to take the blinkers off, not a fan of Kimmel the twat he is but not the point!

 AND

Lets not forget the Left has been just as bad when it comes to their treatment with some even calling for censorship from people like JK Rowling, Russel Brand, Dave Chappell, Kid Rock, Megyn Kelly and i could go on!

Just saying!!!

Both sides as bad as each other, both blinkered as fuck to what they see and decide is unacceptable and where the line is..............bunch of cunts the lot of them.

Yep, the woke/left mob have taken great delight in getting anyone cancelled who dared to disagree with them. Now its happened to one of their own they are up in arms about it. Like ED said, they created this monster, time for them to taste what it feels like. And isn't it just possible that Disney have taken note of recent debacles,ie., Snow White, Bud Light, Gillette and Jaguar and decided not to put their head in that noose.

Its been over a week since CK was murdered and as far as I know, no Cities have been burnt to the ground, no one has been killed in acts of revenge and billions of dollars in damage hasn't been amassed as a result of Kirks murder.

But the left are the caring, compassionate lot.

Yea, course they fucking are!

So I am against the idea that a government should be calling for Kimmel being taken off the air. The FCC head had some valid points under the law but I don't think they should exercise that power.

All that said, I think ABC played a blinder here.
They had a failing show, they suspended it and got a government to take almost every bit of blame.
If this generates a sympathy bump in interest (stick it to Trump), they can always bring Kimmel back and look like heroes to his target audience.

Not sure ABC have played a blinder here, as there seems to be a growing call to boycott a Disney corporation that alienated the right long ago, by the very people they have pandered to doing so.

It's also just ramped up the rhetoric against the right that was partly responsible for Charlie Kirk's death in the first place.

It really is bizarre that the left have celebrated Kirk's death, then blamed Trump for it, and when Kimmel is taken off air for saying as much, they make Kimmel the martyr for free speech and go right back to aggressively trying to cancel Trump and his supporters because meh fascism and hate.

At this point in time the Democrats are pro human trafficking, pro drugs, pro crime, and pro homelessness. There isn't a terror organisation in the world that could inflict that much damage on America. But somehow they have out done themselves by having one of THEIR own kill a guy and make themselves the victims.

'Right Wingers' have been getting cancelled for years, and are still to this day, for airing views that don't align with the accepted narrative.  Any actor, comedian or musician who airs views considered to be right wing, have their careers ended.

Normal people are getting sacked from jobs for not agreeing to do 'Inclusivity learnings' online propaganda material. This shit has been happening for ages.

It happens on the very odd occasion to a lefty, and all of a sudden, the right are hypocrites?

This was started, continued, and continues, mainly with one side of this whole ridiculous charade. How about, Coma, letting everyone have their views, whatever they are, and all just getting on with it without cancelling them? You're stance on this, is akin to the lairy cսnt in the pub starting a fight, then hiding behind his mates.

Don't call it on, then complain when the moster eats you. It's too late for that I'm afraid.
Let’s be honest Coma has always been a pathetic fuckwit.

Truly warped unhinged shit going on....

https://www.facebook.com/share/v/16yq5463C4/

The Left are seriously protesting against Kimmels removal by his Bosses at ABC/Disney for overstepping the mark with ill-timed tasteless jokes/lies so soon after Kirk’s shooting and yet at the same time laugh like demented hyenas at Kirk’s death for merely trying to have a conversation with them.

The fella's still not even been buried yet.

All weird as fuck.

’Probably’ not literal Nazis but a gun loving Mormon MAGA family
Still asking … what utterances or posts did Robinson make that confirms his views and beliefs were of the extreme left?

Its almost as though Jimmy Kimmel saying the MAGA gang are desperate to paint him as such was true
Of course I don’t recall he made any disparaging remarks about Kirk
His comments were more pointing out that Trump is bonkers
And obviously has tissue paper thin skin
Great ballroom though!
