Re: Potter Out
JWP offers nothing. Zilch. Yet first name on the team sheet
Kilman is a glaring liability every game. Refused drop him.
2 Repeat mistakes alone that are costing us points. Needs to go for those alone.

Re: Potter Out
The bloke is getting a tune out of the squad
the same one he got out of Brighton and Chelsea
which involved no attacking football whatsoever
he’s famous for it
but no one bothers to look it up
he should be the most hated West Ham manager of all time based on stats and visual performances
but the clown gets so much time and apathy cos so many know nothing fans seem to think he was in charge of the Brighton that De Zerbi was

Re: Potter Out
I just don’t buy this not being able to get a tune of the squad, as I’ve said before. It’s not an unbelievable squad, by any stretch, and clear issues are in defence, but someone could get this group playing, of course they could!
Have a look at that Leeds lineup today and convince me otherwise! That’s a weak team and they thumped a team we lost to in the cup. And he’s one of the weakest managers! Have a look at Sunderland’s squad - currently 7th.
I know it’s not your intention sbbb, but Potter should be afforded no excuses. This is on him.
What is worrying is the reports of “job is under scrutiny”. Under scrutiny! Have we not scrutinised already?

Re: Potter Out
Maybe Sullivan simply can't afford to pay him off.
He's maxed out his borrowings to fund the clubs day-to-day expenses and nobody will lend him the readies for a contract buy-out.
I wonder who's fault that is?

Re: Potter Out
Let's face it, no manager is going to get a great tune out of this group of players - because they're just not very good. This group will only ever scratch around for Premier League wins, because the talent level is so low.
But I do accept that other managers might get more out of this group. So you MUST switch managers quickly. Because it's not like this lot are capable of going ten games unbeaten after Christmas etc. Every extra game we lose under Potter reduces the chances of any other manager scratching together 35 (approx) more points to keep this lot up.
So the board need to belatedly grow some bollocks, admit another massive mistake (hint, hint: they're not very good at this) and move him on. He's worse than Glenn Roeder.

Re: Potter Out
Since the start of the season that's 5 losses out of 6. There's even an argument looking back now that our only win against Forest was because Nuno Santo was a dead man walking due to his public falling out with the Fat Greek.

Re: Potter Out
If the inept cunts rolls had been reversed and Sullivan was coaching West Ham I reckon he might of fucked off Ward-Prowse from the first team
but if Potter was now in charge of making money from porn he’d 100% bring in Ward-Prowse to get his kit off
and then sit on the sidelines furiously wanking

Re: Potter Out
Yep NYC you are sadly right. Sullivan will gamble and wait in the hooe of having to pay off Potter, Macaulay and their teams and to avoid the cost of getting Nuno , ONeill and their teams in as replacements.
But its over, done. No signs of improvement after a transfer window. We have regressed. Last season under Potter we looked reasonably secure defensively but now thats gone too

Its not gonna get any better. If its to buy time ok but its not. Sullivan never wanted Potter but now reluctant to sack him simply because he will gave to wsste another 10-20 million paying Potter and team off and hiring the next failure
He's toast, we all know it, really its better to sack now and have Noble take the helm until we can get another manager in. But Sullivan wont act yet. He will eventually, but the writing REALLY has to be on the wall for him, usually that is when the season is already pissed away and all we have left to look forward to is the relegation run in. No ambition aside survival, so he'll gamble a while longer.

Zico, chickens coming home to roost now, it's not a surprise, this is the culmination of years of incompetence from Sullivan.

Re: Potter Out
Staggering how badly run this club is and has been for years and it takes some doing getting worse and worse. You would be better off getting a coach and a chairman from some basic sunday league side.

Re: Potter Out
We weren't impressed last season but we rightly agreed we'd have to reserve judgement and give him a summer window and a few games this season to make his case.
Well, Judgement day is here and its worse than we could have imagined; Sacking Potter today is required to save this club from relegation.

Re: Potter Out
3 back-to-back London Derby losses at fucking 'HOME' and they were all coasting throughout each of them to victory. Zero fight at all. And at the beginning of the season when the pressure is at it's lowest as well. Wow fuck me wow...
